One more lie exposed. Boris told Cryptorich during May interview how he is the member of the Council of National Bank of Ukraine.

Guess what - he is not member of the Council of National Bank of Ukraine

https://bank.gov.ua/control/en/publish/article?art_id=53458908&cat_id=53458913  - List of the members of Council National Bank of Ukraine

This gets more and more hilarious.

You deserve a massive thank you for the information you keep digging out against these scammers.

Borys and his exaggerations are so funny he could easily get a job as a stand-up comedian after he gets released from serving his jail sentence. Hopefully his inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar,  yurez83, akira128 and others will be side-kicks while he performs his stand-up comedy routines in small town small sleazy clubs

The above post is a sheer trolling The reason why the old MNX thread was locked is clear and fully explained. I would recommend to everyone to avoid trolls feeding and  not to talk with them. Dirtpaw (look at his history) is known to be from that gang of trolls&FUDers who forced Minex to lock out the old thread. Should be banned for ever to visit this thread and post here. All his posts in this thread must be deleted.

Just look at these pathetic paid trolls begging the OP in the censored Minex thread to delete posts from anybody they do not like.

The inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar,  yurez83, akira128 and others will get what they deserve when all MNX cards in the name of company UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS are cancelled for breach of contract.

I would feel sorry for innocent investors when they lost all their investment, when it happens I would advise them to question the inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar,  yurez83, akira128 because they were the scammers pushing the propaganda in the threads and for trying to silence those that exposed the scam.

still no cards?
i cant stand reading the battle here....

The scammers are saying cards have been "sent out to customers all over the world". This is what they claim: http://82.196.12.10/cards

Standard Cards: 1868
Gold Cards: 690
Platinum Cards: 531
Infinity Cards: 297
Total: 3386

They will not be Minexpay branded cards. They are third party cards with no Minexpay logo and they will all be through a Mastercard issuer company that does not want to give Minexpay their own brand so it will be closed down very soon after Mastercard receives complaints from users  Roll Eyes

that link only displays and estimate based on transactions on the block chain. It's not what the team claims. It's just a guesstimate by thr community from public info.

Your the biggest nolifer in the world.Go do something constructive with your life.

But when I talked about it he told me that they are only about 2000 paid cards:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1847292.msg47567507#msg47567507

Quote from: thunderjet on November 04, 2018, 01:29:02 AM
They started pre-order sales of cards on 30th.June. By their own info till 24th.Sep,  they sold 11579 Standard,4473 Gold,2402 Platinum and 4603 Infinite cards, worth of 529843 MNX. If we took median price between 30th.June($7.44) and 24.Sep($3.36),which is $5.4,Minex took on card program around $2.861 millions.

If they give 100% refund to people who ordered cards, in MNX coins, people would get by today price($2.11) total of $1.18 million or just 41% of paid sum.So with full refund Minex would take about $1.681 million for selling hot air.Probably even more if they dump price of coin further. This is reminder how easy ICOs can scam people and get away with it.

Raquemis1:
Wrong, they have not sold the amount of cards you say they did. Those are just pre-orders. People that registered and clicked a card without paying. Total amount of cards actually sold and paid for is around 2000

So,depends on situation they will talk one version of story or another, but they are always right. Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

This one:

https://minexpay.com/site/terms-of-use

And what Minex did is far,far worse than breach contract. Actually ,they have no contract at all. They are illegally using other company payment account at UPAYcard.

Your question is wrongly formulated. As you see, I didnt mark sentence about intermediary partner, but the next one:

"Chain2Pay is not responsible for the relations with card issuer or payment system (i.e. MasterCard)".

From this sentence ,it is obviously that Minex indirectly recognizes it is not card issuer(not having issuing contract) and that it is using non-branded third party cards as theirs own.

But if we talk about intermediary partner,Minex is using term intermediary partner in wrong context.I think that term intermediary partner is wrongly used due to not fully understanding role of it in the process of card issuing.Intermediary partner (master service provider) role is not really issuing cards for you,but providing you with needed payment card related bank services and connecting on card company network. To be master service card provider you have to be registred payment provider first(bank, credit union, payment service provider,..). When you have contract with MSP,you have to give Mastercard yours card design on approval and after it to make a contract with card manufacturer -  to make cards for you,new Mastercard card issuer. Then you can issue yours own branded cards, with yours logo. After it,all problems with cards itself you have to deal with Mastercard. All payment services problems, including access to card network you address to payment service provider you have a contract.

But as we all know ,Minex has not issuing contract nor it is registred payment service providers, but is using illegally other company account on UPAY card. Roll Eyes

It is concerning that the same people are now focussing on raising funds for another project Republia while Minex has clearly not achieved any of the 2018 roadmamp.

This from their censored thread:

While indeed self-mod may be suspicious, I welcome a thread where we can find some info too, not just accusations in all directions. I am sure that the scam accusations can go into new threads too.
And I advise everybody keep a copy of what they write, to see if only the posts showing you in good light are kept (I hope not!).

But, let's be fair. It would be nice to see who is actually affiliated with you guys. Also, since it's a fresh thread, a "current status" post would be useful, so we know what we can expect (and blame you if you don't deliver Smiley )

PS. I ordered a card of yours but right now I am afraid to send you my ID, after the things that happened. So you have to do quite some work on clearing your name and prove it was a mistake you've learn from.

They only keep posts that show them in good light. My post explaining why they closed down the old thread and made a new self-moderated thread got deleted in 1 minute.

They made a new thread after some suggestions by community members. Many people didn't even bother to post or look here anymore because of the fudders JollyGood and thunderjet that were constantly making up lies based on their own assumptions like 40 pages filled with only their messages. Topic needed moderation and now we have it and can finally talk constructive feedback and constructive criticism.

I can only laugh on what are you saying. When you guys from Minex are talking, whatever you say it is truth without question. If somebody says something which you dont like it ,no matter how much he evidences presents he is by default declared by you as liar, fudder or something worse. You are always right, dont you !  Cheesy Cheesy Cheesy

Now you have your own censored thread where you can finally attack anyone you want ,talk anything you want and dont need to listen anybody who does not fully agree with you.

Congratulations on that !!!

Can you elaborate as to why the cards seem to be business cards issued to UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS?

Apart from the inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar, yurez83, akira128 and a few others nobody seems to believe any of their lies

Do not be stupid troll and do not talk nonsense, like others who write here. ICO will not, as Republia is fully sponsored by PAXNet.

Yes both scams are run by the same group. Both are going to fail.

Effectively the truth is the Republia scam is the same as the Minex scam and the Minex scam is the same as the Republia scam.

This is an affiliated company. More details: https://minexpay.com/site/terms-of-use

A pathetic response from the "official" Minexcoin account.

They call it an "affiliated company" but the whole thing is a joke. Minexpay/Minexcoin/Minexsystem and Chain2Pay have no contract with Mastercard or any of its card program managers.

Minex will not be able to get a licence therefore they approached Upaycard and lied to them saying they wanted cards to give to their employees  Roll Eyes

You're gonna have to do better than that. There is nothing about "UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS" in your terms. Are the card holders going to be fake employees of "UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS" as thunderjet alleged?

To all shills: you might want to keep quiet until this whole thing gets explained in excruciating detail. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Now the farce goes on because as stated there is no mention of "UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS" in the terms and conditions.

I personally can not say why you are poking around in someone else's underwear and what is the purpose of this, but I know (because I myself am the same as one of the thousands who bought the card), that nobody cares what is written on the card, how it works and where it is released, if it works. I do not need to stick this card on my forehead, I do not need to explain whose it is and why - this anonymity is much more important to me. Or do not you ?? If you are not anonymous, why the heck do I need a map, how do others need it ?? Even without it, I could cash out money through my bank account in the country, but at least I got a lot of losses and I also need to explain where the money came from.
So do not jerk your brain here with your own inquiries. Do not like the card - go for a walk. Go talk to another branch with trolls. Don't be an idiot.

How does a business card from some random "UAB" make you anonymous? If anything your info has been passed on to some crooks who seem to have no qualms about defrauding a bank so your anonymity is probably not high on their list of concerns.

What do you think is gonna happen if you have a problem with the card, e.g. a store clerk asks for your ID to match the inscription?

It is unbelievable that scammers and paid trolls such as yurez83 continue to spread propaganda even after they have been exposed.

Minexpay/Minexsystem/Minexcoin has lied to Upaycard saying that UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS cards were going to employees but in reality they are going to "customers" that do not work for this scam.

 Shocked

The inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar,  yurez83, akira128 and others get together and start reporting the same posts. I had so many of mine deleted too where I presented evidence but hardly any of the posts where these scammers used disgusting language and swear words and trolled and attacked were deleted.

THE DAMAGE HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE

All the innocent investors who wanted a Minexpay branded card have sent off their ID (we are talking about private and sensitive documents such as passports, driver licences, utility bills, tax returns, bank statements, credit card statements) to the Minex and Republia scammers.

Now these Minex scammers have shared the private and sensitive documents such as passports, driver licences, utility bills, tax returns, bank statements, credit card statements with UAB Kristolinis Dugnas.

Already at least three "companies" and all their associates have the private and sensitive documents such as passports, driver licences, utility bills, tax returns, bank statements, credit card statements of investors who just wanted a Minexpay branded card - and they never even got those.

Instead of receiving a Minexpay branded card all these investors got was to be registered and listed as being employees of some company called "UAB Kristolinis Dugnas"

And in the end ALL the UAB Kristolinis Dugnas cards will be cancelled by Upaycard as soon as they discover the truth about the scam that Minexcoin/Minexpay/Minexsystem orchestrated and was helped to take off by it being spread via propaganda by the inner circle scammer alliance consisting of Temhuk and Racquemis1 along with paid trolls such as Jedgar,  yurez83, akira128 and others.

Problem is far deeper than that. Minexpay/Chain2pay did multiple law and regulation violations :

- made a deal (illegal) with UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS to present theirs customers as UAB Kristolinis Dugnas empoyees

- made a deal (illegal) with UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS to provide false residence documents to theirs non-EEA customers, without it they could not get Upaycards

- made a deal (illegal) with UAB KRISTOLINIS DUGNAS to get full access to its Upaycard business account

It is not only against Upaycard and Mastercard regulations, but against financial laws itself.  When this little scheme be discovered it will awfully look like a money laundering to the authorities.

I dont think so that Minexpay and UAB KS really fully understood seriousness of consequences of theirs acts.
