Not to feel tired you should sleep more than 8 hours. I think the best way to sleep well is to go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 7 or 8 am. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford such a sleep mode.

Well, may be you have to start doing sport. Because I am always feel myself much better and more active when I am starting to do sports. I become tired less, and feel very healthy. But if you are (just as me) work really much, and you always feel tired for this reason, then you should reduce all your load to maximum, and relax as much as you can. Christmas is soon!

Sometimes I have the samr life periods. I have energy only to persuade myself to go to work, sleep and eat sometimes. I can't even make myself to go out with friends or read a book. Well, it actually ends on its own, but I try not to force myself and sleep as much as I want

You should try to go to the gym to gain more resistance. Try to improve your mood watching funny videos to cheer up a little bit Also you should take vitamins or some energy drinks like Gatorade or orange juice. Try to sleep well in the night (turn off your smartphone). Drinking coffee is nice but do not become addicted to it mix it with hot chocolate sometimes or try some decaf
