Psychological tiredness is far more common than tiredness that's caused by a physical problem. One key reason is anxiety, which can cause insomnia and, in turn, lead to persistent fatigue. ... Mental health problems such as depression or anxiety can make you feel more tired.

Not to feel tired you should sleep more than 8 hours. I think the best way to sleep well is to go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 7 or 8 am. Unfortunately, not everyone can afford such a sleep mode.

Perhaps it is intestinal problems. You could try pro-biotics and cascara sagrada.

There could be a lot of factors that could lead to the feeling of tiredness. Poor diet, too much stress, or even iron deficiency. Or maybe, you just need to unplug and go on a vacation.

Have you ever heard of the supplement MX3? Search it then drink a capsule immediately when you woke up to start the day right!

I think what you're feeling is psychologically inflicted due to stress. Always make sure to take time to relax not only your body but also your mind. If you're having trouble it would be better to seek help from a professional or consult your wellness instructor or a psychiatrist.

Well, may be you have to start doing sport. Because I am always feel myself much better and more active when I am starting to do sports. I become tired less, and feel very healthy. But if you are (just as me) work really much, and you always feel tired for this reason, then you should reduce all your load to maximum, and relax as much as you can. Christmas is soon!

First, go see a doctor to check your hormones level. Second, you should find joy in life (new language, music, friend, partner) - the reason you wake up in the morning and feel fresh.

Sometimes I have the samr life periods. I have energy only to persuade myself to go to work, sleep and eat sometimes.
I can't even make myself to go out with friends or read a book.
Well, it actually ends on its own, but I try not to force myself and sleep as much as I want  Grin

You should try to go to the gym to gain more resistance. Try to improve your mood watching funny videos to cheer up a little bit Also you should take vitamins or some energy drinks like Gatorade or orange juice. Try to sleep well in the night (turn off your smartphone). Drinking coffee is nice but do not become addicted to it mix it with hot chocolate sometimes or try some decaf
