We can still make money even when its a bear market. Just make sure you select a coin that is actively being traded in that day and with high volume. But, dont aim for big profits. Try to aim for just 2% profits on each trade then sell. Sometimes when we aim for hugher profits thats where the problem starts. We dont want to be trapped at a high priced coin and wait for weeks before it recovers.

I just leave this to the experts in trading, this is not my game, I am not making money during the bear as I am bullish by heart.
We find our comfort zone, and I am more comfortable trading at this market situation where I believe we are in the bullish market.

It is certainly very possible to earn in bear markets, provided you use the right strategy at the right time, namely short selling. Since this thread was started in 2018 more and more trading platforms are cropping up to either increase their leverage allowance (okex went from 2x to 5x) or to incorporate margin trading for the first time (binance introducing it soon). Then there's bitmex who has dominated the field for the last few years with 100x and primexbt who launched early this year to also offer 100x and is incredibly popular for such a young exchange.   

The growing trend has much to do with the demand of traders wishing to short sell and earn in both rising AND falling markets.  While it is inherently a riskier way of trading you can invest less capital at the same time by increasing the position size with leverage. They key is to understand the risk if you wish you enjoy the augmented reward.

Alternate strategies include: simply buying more while the price is low (provided you feel the market will correct and hopefully go much higher), futures, binary options, and as mentioned (and by far the most popular method) is shorting by margin trading.

If you are talking about bitcoin we are no longer in that bear market, we are up for sure. Prices are never down all the time, fluctuations are normal thing in crypto.
I will try to give you one simple example, you bought and price dropped, you don`t sell, you are buying dips, price goes up sooner or later, sell what you bought in that dip, what you bought on higher price you hold. Trade with top coins and you can do like this, if you trade with some shit coins you need to consider stop loss, and that`s how people lose money more than they make profit.

No this is not very difficult mate, if you see the market is bearish it will be good for you to buy because you will get the opportunity to buy some coins at low price and then sell it at higher price, we are living in modern age where there we get so many chances, we should buy more in bearish market and then sell it at bull market, patience and waiting is the tool for this success.

Well, fair enough, you made the right decision, you don't force yourself to trade when you are not comfortable, but lucky you are still here now and this is your chance to start trading again as the market that we are witnessing is the opposite of last year's.

Honestly these bearish market, I failed to make money because most of my tokens and coins wasn't gaining good price yet. Holding my asset is my very assurance to survive the current market downfall, and even if there's an outgoing price development I still waited for good market to occur in the future months to go further. Patience is now my tool in order to face the challenges that I've been facing day by day, and I do hope each price of my coins will reach a profitable price randomly.

  I believe that bull trend will abruptly exceed as the current market has shown gradual progression that may speculate people's hope. We have to be firm and positive for what may possible conclusion occur. Thus, every downtrend is an opportunity for us investor and it is aboit our individual deliberation by choosing viable coins.

No i am afraid to strat trading with this bear market condition.
I just hold my coin until market stable again and start to do daily trade like before.

you sounds like it is very easy to do. you can make prediction about the market without an technicial knowhow but when money is involved, you better e careful to avoid loose of funds. this market could be deadly especially at the bear market.

The bear market is really an opportunity for us to become long-term traders, hold and get profit after a long wait but as you know the bear market is always on a downward trend, it is difficult for us to determine when to buy. And just a mistake in this bear market, our test of patience will be enormous, a lot of people have been unable to overcome patience and end by cutting losses, so making money in this market has too many problems, if we are not a professional trader, I really do not encourage participation and investment here.

This is a cryptomarket, even though it is bearish but at least there are still fluctuations that occur that allow you to take advantage of that moment to make a profit at the bear market. Make a separate trade so that the first does not become a loss because selling in a bearish market, make another buying when it happens bearish because there is at least a point where you can take the opportunity to get a little profit.
