I had only one obstacle when the bounty manager incorrectly counted my stakes and I could not prove to him that it was wrong. Unfortunately, bounty hunters are rightless employees, they are completely dependent on managers and their individual decisions.

Yes, I feel some problem when I am doing any bounty and when it is finished. Firstly many bounties don't have an exact date to end the bounty and they don't clear that is there need kyc or not. After finishing the bounty there is more one problem if there need kyc they don't ask the kyc quickly even they don't give the exact date, only they say that "just stay with us to get the update" and it's the problem because we don't do only one or few bounties, so we can't active everytime to their telegram channel.

The main problem in generosity is companies that do not count the rates for the work done , after which they pay only part of the reward.

you are very right not paid what we have done and for too long the market to sell our tokens is opened not to mention many ico bounties which contain only fraud and we lose a lot of time for that

At times submitting weekly reports do seems like a very difficult task for me. What I hate in bounty is the issue of not having a fixed number of hunters per project, this always reduce the rewards of campaigns like that. I think all campaigns should have a limit of hunters.

The way team acts after the completion of bounty, I have worked as bounty participant as well as manager and I know exactly how the attitude of the team changes after a successful or failed ICO.

I haven't had a big problem for the moment with the bounties. The only problem is scam projects but there is nothing to do for this. Bounties are now a bit of luck.

We do have different reasons yet we do have different lives and on our vacant times.Some people would have an actual day job and doing bounty would really be tiresome. Laziness cant really be avoided neither you are too tired or just simply dont have the mood or feeling on making such task because you have already the thoughts about the possible income on such task.I have feel this things all over the years where there are really times that you will presume and got affected to the possible profitability or pay out of your hard work,you cant really deny not to think about it.

talking about the problem or problem in the world of bounty it is clear that from the start of late payments, the problem is distributed until it doesn't pay because the manager runs away and the dev doesn't pay the bounty.
and I am sure that from the many ico now there must be someone who does not pay because the project failed

As what ive experienced, i feel so lazy lately because the social media of the project, they rarely post for updates, which we repost the post multiple times, and then the bounty manager would not credit the post because its been shared multiple times, i could not find justice in this kind of situation.

Actually we have faced a lot of problem in bounty for starting to this work. Probably main issue is about award in a lot of bounties because firm or company don't give award as full and just give some part of awards so all of us don't take our award that we won from work.

KYC only can be passed by passport, and any rules changed at the middle campaign.
and also I hate bounty manager lazy, they don't updated the stakes

For me the only obstacle in bounty is time and energy. In real life i have so much things to do before i have a free time in bounty. I can spend 2 hours per day for bounty but somtimes im too tired sit in front of computer. I usually did 10 bounty so it need extra focus on it.

through all the scam bounties, i slowly lose the desire for bounties. it is just hard to spot every scam bountie. the disappointment is always great if you do not get paid.

Yes, that's right, for now I haven't found a good bounty project in payment for Bounty participants, I participated in 3 different bounty projects but none of them were good. They delayed payment and were slow when entering the exchange market, so we felt very tired in working as bounty participants.

Some bounty campaign doesn't show the spreadsheet , so I can't control my task.
Another problem  is there are so many bounty campaign extended , more time but no more reward !

I think when you do bounties or work anywhere if you are lazy, you will never do your job well and do not get a lot of money from it. If you want to succeed in your life, lazy is the word you should not know about it

Because there are so many scam projects now, Be careful, they seem to have very good projects. but after they get investors and are not responsible. they don't care how people help him in his project

This is a major issue. Sometimes they extend a one month campaign to three months, without any prior warning or proper explanation. And worse still, the bounty pool remains the same. It is like someone actually paying $10 to do one hour of work, and later saying that you need to work for 3 hours to earn the same amount.
