25,000 German Online Stores in Germany to Begin Accepting Crypto in 2019

Still need to use a 3rd party as a middleman. Not exactly what we were hoping. But better than nothing, 25,000 is a lot for a single country, even if it will be about small and very small merchants since I doubt a big one is going to use a 3rd party

And UTrust willl be the third party. So I thought the article was all about bitcoin that will be widely use in Germany, but I was wrong. So this is actually a good news for utrust holders since the team is continually spreading and innovating the platform.

Having a P2P payment will eat a lot of time especially when the blockchain has a heavy traffic and with it having a third party will be more easier unless merchants have a local wallet that can make zero fees and can transfer in a matter of seconds.

this article is mostly advertising that "company" there may not even be 25000 online stores to accept anything in first place either since the source website is not a known one and specially since OP is just advertising his own website to generate traffic i wouldn't take this type of news seriously.
news sites like this have a track record of "creating news".

There is a FOMO brewing...

a little happy but whatever it supports is what will come for bitcoin as a payment tool, at least it still takes time for every transaction fee to be incurred at least smaller and not large, but still supports any good news for bitcoin

A very interesting news to watch, I am very supportive if this really exists, the reason is that 25k stores are willing to accept Crypto payments, of course that is very rare, of course this will open up opportunities for bitcoin into the economy of the country and everyone, so I really agree with this brilliant idea !!

this is very good news where Germany started to accept btc as an online payment tool in 25000 online stores which is not a small amount, and I think maybe in the future paypal will be replaced by the cryptocurrency which is currently booming, and I hope the government will Germany will better regulate the circulation of cryptocurrency in Germany so that it will be better in the future

The idea itself and the realization of this is good news, but .. with such irregularities, there will be many problems for service personnel, if it’s just not specializing in one outlet, I’m more for each cryptobank office

This news is good and bad both side for cryptocurrency. good is that it will give a more trading option as in this the retailer wont hold the bitcoin and as soon as the transaction will occur immediately the coins will be sold so in and out is immediately so their will be high trading and huge transaction will start flowing. Bad is due to small transactions and high volume of transaction can again make the server lag and transaction confirmation will become delay which can create problem for merchant to get confirmation on each transaction.

Lol! Mind reading the article? It isn't about bitcoin but rather a rubbish advertisement.
25,000 merchants are absurd and maybe there will be just few who really accept bitcoin. Please do your own reading first, it isn't that bad.

-snip-
I really doubt merchants will be enthusiastic about accepting bitcoins directly considering how volatile it is and also considering they are simply in business to make profits..

Accepting the bitcoin directly could propel them to incur losses as the price is definitely never stable

I get that. It represents unnecessary risk. These are exactly the problems that Bitcoin payment processors aim to solve after all. I didn't say they should start accepting Bitcoin directly now.

-snip-

i agree but that is only half of the process (accepting payment) otherwise the other half which is spending bitcoin doesn't change. so we can say it is 50% good since people would still be directly paying bitcoin with their own wallets without needing any third parties for sending or holding bitcoin.  the merchant is only relying on a third party to accept the payment.

Yeah, this is why I described them as a short-term measure. People can spend Bitcoin directly on their end, while businesses can expand their user base without taking volatility risks, even if Bitcoin isn't ready for those (on a large scale) by itself yet. Once Bitcoin scales and becomes a lot more stable, two things that I believe will happen in the future, it should be more likely for them to start accepting directly.

That's certainly good news. But how will these online stores cover their costs in the event of a drop in the price of bitcoin?I hope these risks are calculated.I also look forward to when there will be such online stores in my country and i will pay them with bitcoin.

It is a huge news! 25,000 online store means billions of dollars (If every online store make business like $40.000 monthly it makes totally $1 billion monthly!) And also if a business  in Germany it would be succesfull every time. I always envy Germans, they are hard working and good educated nation. I am sure that this example will rock the cryptocurrency world in very positive ways!

I hope that will happen in 2019. At the time bitcoin will gradually be accepted as an equation in Germany. I am happy to see that Germany is willing to accept bitcoin and use it for payment. Hope this news will open up new paths and help bitcoin grow stronger in the future.
