Bitcoin is legal in a number of countries such as Russia, South Korea, the United States and a number of other countries, and it is said that Southeast Asian countries have not legalized crypto including my country that has not legalized Bitcoin or has not been legalized. but Bitcoin is also not rejected. the conclusion is that Bicoin is legal or not, depending on the policies of each country.
in some countries bitcoin is legalized and some other countries prohibit it. there are also some countries that have not yet determined their response. does not mean it is prohibited. my country still hasn't determined its response. so I'm still free to use it. each country has its own rules mate some countries are bitcoin is legal but some countries hide transaction because that countries are not legalized the bit coin It's natural. but over time I'm sure every country will receive technological developments from bitcoin. because in fact each country will not be able to stem the development of technology. they will certainly accept and legalize it.

Which clearly I think it's an alternative thing, do not too worrying about that, and it's good if you don't too dependent on bitcoin, make it's a side of your job
Huh?who told you that bitcoin can be a dependable for living?this is currency and not a job lol,ee need to work to live and we can just use bitcoin or hold but dont expect this will bring you to life

Maybe it would be better if you really have to join and ask a forum in your country about the legal or not. because it is clear that all countries will have very different interests and rules and are determined separately, not necessarily the same as in your country. But if seen from its development, almost many countries have legalized it. There are some that are not legalized to be used as legal tender, but for other transactions it is permitted. so that you don't get into trouble it's better not to hesitate to ask questions in forums in your country. so you can follow with no fear.

..according to the dictionary, Bitcoin is a digital currency in which a record of transactions is maintained and new units of currency are generated by the computational solution of mathematical problems, and which operates independently of a central bank.
..thus, Bitcoin was invented by an unknown person or group of people using the name Satoshi Nakamoto and released as open-source software in 2009. Bitcoins are created as a reward for a process known as mining.
..the inventions of Bitcoins gives oppurtunity to many people to gain wealth because Bitcoin have reach its peak..in my humbly opinion, Bitcoin is legal, many countries accepted bitcoin as mode of transactions, and they do legalized Bitcoin and threated it as an asset..for me, the thing that making Bitcoin as illegeal is that many other people uses Bitcoin in a wrong way,,thus they uses Bitcoin to cover the illegal activities they are doing, they are also uses bitcoin for personal interest in deceiving people in order to steal some other's bitcoin,,this is the cause why some other people threated bitcoin as illegal..but overall,,for me,,Bitcoin is Legal.

In what country are you living at mate? Legalization of bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are depends on the country youre living at. Some countries have a total ban on bitcoin and some multiply its opportunities. You can check your local implementation to see whether your country belongs to the good one or to another.
I agree with the above opinion, it is better for you to enter a forum in your home country and ask about legal or not in the forum. because we can ensure that it is more actual than you requested here in general. because each country's criteria are clearly different, but broadly by looking at its development, it can be ascertained that many countries legalize bitcoin, because we know that this development is indeed very advanced, bitcoin is clear and certain has been known in many countries and it is appropriate that the state must follow about developments about bitcoin things, if not left behind by technological developments by other countries.

Bitcoin is a digital currency that can conduct transactions between countries, both in countries that legalize bitcoin and those that prohibit bitcoin. The system being carried out is peer to peer and decentralized, so that even though being in a country that prohibits bitcoin transactions can still be done because everything happens online. In developed countries bitcoin is legal, but in many countries that are still poor bitcoin is illegal. So that bitcoin users are divided in some established countries, because the community and its equipment are adequate. In poor countries it is considered illegal for fear of disrupting financial transactions because bitcoin cannot be monitored.

Bitcoin is a digital currency that is decentralized and does not have centralized storage so that bitcoin is not managed by any person or government. So that to find out whether legal or not depends on each government in a country. Because to say bitcoin is legal or not depends on each government and certainly every country has a different policy. There are countries that ban bitcoin for certain reasons but there are also countries that allow bitcoin. Even though there are still countries that ban bitcoin, I am sure that in the future all countries will legalize bitcoin because in the future digital currencies cannot be rejected and continue to grow so that all countries must adjust.

Actually bitcoin is not legal in many countries, few countries only now accept bitcoin as legal. It depe ds upon the government of the countries which you live. In your country bitcoin is legal means then you can use it otherwise it is illegal. In your country bitcoin is banned means it is not legal, but in future other countrie will also have more chance to accept bitcoin as legal in their country.

Bitcoin has become a much debated currency, besides its very volatile price, many countries also say that bitcoin is illegal. However, in developed countries Bitcoin is declared legal. From this, what is a concern is where you are, whether it is a country that prohibits or allows bitcoin to be used, it will greatly affect bitcoin, both for trade and investment.

all depends on the policy in our country of residence because not all countries prohibit and vice versa because bitcoin is one of the transaction tools that the government cannot interfere in managing as a currency and I live in Indonesia here bitcoin is not legal but the government does not prohibit us from doing transaction and develop cryptocurrency

This is already a rather impressive figure. Bitcoin is illegal when its circulation is directly prohibited by the state. There are about a dozen of such states. If we compare the number of states where the cryptocurrency is legalized against those where it is prohibited so far, the situation looks pretty optimistic.

While some countries are still banning cryptocurrencies, other regions building a legal ground for it. Currently, the 5th AML Directive by the European Parliament is going into force soon. It will prompt the European-based companies that deal with cryptocurrencies (e.g., brokerages, exchanges, etc.) to do more extensive due diligence on their customers, as well as avail of blockchain forensic tools to monitor transactions for possible illicit activities. Even though regulations of certain level exist now, the new directive will tighten the current legal environment at the expense of crypto-related companies, providing more trust and stability to crypto economies and promoting transparency in crypto space. Most likely, bans will eventually be lifted and some degree of regulations will be applied instead. (more here: https://blog.coingate.com/2019/02/aml-compliance-bitcoin-adoption/) Hopefully, it will be done without interfering with technological progress and helping to accelerate adoption of digital assets both in terms of investment, business and regular use, just like it is done now.

In some countries, for example, in Japan, cryptocurrency is recognized as a financial asset. At the same time, electronic money is not considered legal tender, but is considered as a means of exchange.

Well, look how your country refers to the cryptocurrency, in some countries it is prohibited, about my I can say I live in Belarus and it is allowed just do not need to pay taxes until 2021 Try to make a research first if your government allows buying and selling cryptocurrencies. If there are bitcoin exchanges operating in your locality and stores that accept bitcoin as method of payment then cryptocurrencies are allowed in your country. Some countries did not legalized or banned bitcoin but their citizens are still free to use it in any transactions. The legality of bitcoin depends on which country you currently residing and as of now, there are only few countries that banned cryptocurrencies.

So most of the countries left it in the hand of users, if they believe that bitcoin have worth they can use it. If they are converting it for fiat cash that time some mentioned charges are there need to pay as taxation as per your government's law. So before use BTC you may need to sneak more about that.
