they are telling that ''our premine is 3% '' but didn't mentioned anywhere and ,

I don't know why, honestly.
So, you raised important hints that need to be investigated further.

it may depend on the network too or his side error also possible , indeed he should be asked us on it , before he should closed it , what does mean it ?
