Well, for me smart city is something unusual and according to IEO model, you have all chances to be heard as long as it is quite popular model right now and chances for sucess are getting higher
I agree that the model of raising funds through the stock exchange is very popular at the moment. If the developers manage to agree, for example, with Binance, then it will not be difficult to collect the required amount for further development. Judging from the technical document, the project team does not plan to place its IEO on other exchanges, because they want to create their own exchange, if I understood correctly. I am afraid that IEO is only a temporary phenomenon in the cryptocurrency market. Such a system has many disadvantages, and over time they will appear even more. Many in this scheme to sell tokens do not have time to take part in the token sale.  |

Despite the fact that basicly IEO are held on major exchanges, I would participate in this particular token sale. It looks promising by the way and I am quite sure in this model
There are already positive examples when the young stock exchanges conducted IEO on their stock exchange selling the coins of their stock exchange and the price of these coins increased significantly after the sale.
