When Bullrun will start?

no one knows for sure when bullrun starts because the conditions of movement on the market are very difficult to predict, many say when it was still in 2018 that the bullrun will occur at the beginning of 2019, but in reality it never happened and there was only an increase just this year after it's back in a bearish trend.
I only hope that entering the middle of this year, bullrun can happen soon because, with the many crypto events on each coin project that is developed, it makes a real positive trend.

everyone is expecting that every bullrun will start at the 3rd to 4rth quarter of every year because this was the time were people have lots of cash to spend with  . one example is on the year 2017 . also , we can identify if a bull had started if the price is already increasing too much  .

many say when it was still in 2018 that the bullrun will occur at the beginning of 2019, but in reality it never happened and there was only an increase just this year after it's back in a bearish trend.

those people are correct because right now there is already a small bull run that is happening but the party doesnt end there  , there are still plenty of time until we end this year so that means that there are still lots of surprises to expect  .

What do you call the beginning of the bull market?  What will indicate its beginning?  It seems to me that we are far from this time, until we return to the level of May 2018.

NO, the bull run last 2017 started in the last quarter of the year.
This year, it started in the 2nd quarter, so if this will continue like the trend last year, or let's say will continue until the end of 2019, we might see a new ATH.

Recently, all the forecasts did not correspond to reality, and therefore I fully agree with you that we are waiting for big surprises from the cryptocurrency market.  Although it is impossible to call the state of the market completely unpredictable, since it was possible to trace the analogy of the current growth rate and the situation in the cryptocurrency market in 2015.  If everything continues this way, we will soon have to reach the May 2018 figures.

The market condition right now is really good and if it keep continue, i believe we will see bitcoin price hit $10,000 and other altcoins will reach a big price too.

We want bigger success, therefore we have to aim high, maybe better than what happen in 2017 and a better price by next year.
Last 2017 it only took 45 days for the bull run to make an ATH of $20,000, now we have the time and the good news that is backing the increase.
We can do better with more time, so, provided the bull run will not stop, expect a higher price so we will have a new ATH.
