The market was red for the whole year and there were no signs of a bullish market. It is sad, but everyone is depressed right now, because people are getting tired of waiting and seeing their portfolio decreasing.

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

When I started investing in cryptocurrency I also very often watched the market change and was very worried about the slightest price drop. Now I have calmed down and watch only once a day.

Many traders are subject to this feeling, it will take time and you just get tired of constantly sitting above the charts and monitor the price every few hours. You need to divert yourself to another occupation, do something interesting for you.

Being drug-addicted may be a massive advantage, and losses will cause you to depressed. Crypto will build associate addiction if the Battle of Bull Run season. Hold it, don't sell something all people can get wealthy. don't get depressed continually assume positive for a great deal of drama for bitcoin however when the great news all altcoin can follow in fact.

I'm a newbie and have been into crypto for a couple of months now.  I must say the advice from other members about not checking trades too often is very good.  One can become obsessed with it, and I think the thrill of the "win" can be quite addictive.  Similarly that depressed feeling when the world is "red" can be deflating as well.  There must be a "happy" medium, if one is to maintain a balanced life.
If we are look at the market every time we can learn more about the flow of the value of each coin/token and also we can avoid in panic buying/selling if we know a little about the flow of rise and fall.

yeah, crypto currency can be addictive and you have to accept it.
For me this addiction makes me passionate about crypto and as a result you are ready to gain money here , learn new products and devore your life to blockchain.

That is right, crypto currency can be addictive. It can give you roller-coaster of emotions. The market is full of surprise, you can either be happy about it or be depressed on the market. Last year, I was really happy about my earnings, but this year had been really difficult for me since I have lost about 70% of my portfolio value.

If you bought a lot of tokens or coins and plan to hodl it then waiting for a bullrun then you should forget checking price every hour focus yourself on other things instead of crypto Its really addictive checking every moment if btc is falling it might lead to depression.
