I think the problem lies in our great expectations. We trade with intention of getting high profits. And if we don't get what we wanted, there comes stress along with frustration. But if we won't make our goal to gain the profit every time when trading, I think the process itself wouldn't be so tensed. I don't think about probits and risks too much, Sometimes, I buy a small amount of BTC on CEX (https://www.cex.io/buy-bitcoins) and hold coins on my hardware wallet. I trade them because it's simple and even relaxing, not because I want to earn more.

Interesting point of view, but i think You're right! I also think this is stressful for most of us, but because we make it stressful for ourselves.

indeed most people when the market is destroyed it will definitely experience stress because they are difficult to earn. but if I am alone to overcome the stress on myself by buying and holding my coins for the long term

this is a hard step, but definitely worth to overcome on stress and do a "brave" move.

Day trading was stressful for me. I still do it from time to time but not as often from before. I just participate in bounties and other crypto related activities.

However, although doing bounties doesn't spend much money but it also has a risk. You should know many bounty hunters just get pennies recently. Scam issues, failed projects, and bad bounty managers may lead to very little amount of rewards and even no rewards. I am afraid you will get new problems here since doing bounties is also stressful.

What makes you say it's abnormal? What is a normal movement in this market anyways? And i disagree with you about all traders getting stressed out. I for one, am not feeling anxious at all.
