Day trading is definitely stressful for me, this is why I can never get into a full time career being a day trader. Invest and holding will be a better choice for me, at least I don’t have to go through the hectic day watching the movement and latest news of the coins.

Yeah, being a day trader is a nightmare. You should be a special type of person. Without fear, without feelings, just a robot acting 100% accurate. I guess scalping is the best strategy for day trader, but you could choose a different one.

Nope, I don't agree. Just the opposite, it's not working if you act like robot otherwise bot trading would be successful. You have to be human being that is able to think, make decisions and act in relatively short period of time. Of course trading is stressful but you have to keep your emotions under control but don't supress them entirely. That is not easy but it comes with time, as well as experience and knowledge. Still if you can't cope with stress and pressure maybe trading is not for you afterall.

We must be ready for any condition of market, that is why trading actually is a complicated thing. But  some people not really care about that, and then they don't know what to do when they loss.

Most traders will usually make a rage decision when they are at the loss conditions. Panic caused by afraid of losing more and more money will mostly occur. Even for experienced traders, such feeling may still come and that is the hardest part to deal with. Trading can be a very stressful especially when we meet with the unexpected market condition.

Before joining the trade, you should learn how to control your emotion first and have presence of mind even during an intense trading. Yes, trading are stressful for me. I am not expert for trading. If I will try to short trade then maximum time I will not successful. That's why now I do not spend time trading .

Trading crypto currency required a lot of time and some how stressful to me in recent time because it is not my major source of income and I don't think is number two or three on the list of my source of income.

Indeed sometimes we been successful but somehow it made us stressful when we can't see our asset won't grow at good value. However, patience is our key for the survival in order to avoid emotional struggles. Just chill and be calm, and I know someday market pumps will be back again. Don't lose hope, always aim for positive vibes because it attracts more positive results in the long run. It is very stressful indeed. Playing video games is really a good alternative to forget them for a while but I would advise if you are able not to play games related to crypto. Because it's blockchain games then it would remind easily about the whole crypto and then leading to your trades.

Trading really make me stress when i getting loss, in that times i prefer to spend times to do some hobby like fishing and watching movie. Spend times for holdiday and make a trip to places interesting is other thing that i can do after fell tired from trading activity.
