These problems have plagued many people. I think the main reason is that don't know how to make a real deal. You search the market price 15-20 times a day, and then you must find that the price is fluctuating every day. We need to learn to make money in such a small fluctuation so that you can have fun.

the same question with me, I also rarely trade in these 3 seasons because of the rapid drop in ETH that affects the altcoin.

It was necessary just to get rid of the illusion of rapid enrichment with the help of trading and realize that losses are a painful, but still inevitable part.

For me, the crypto market is an exciting world where you can meet many interesting people from different cultures. It is also a market where you can make a lot of money, but you need strong nerves, patience and eventually investment money if you do not choose to take part in reward campaigns. I still like the crypto market, but if you get into a situation that affects your health, it means you are not suitable for this hobby and it is better to quit. Profits will always exist, but you have to be patient. These profits can occur soon or after a long time.

1) Too much stress.

Yes, I believe you understand me. My mood depended on one or another token value. I couldn't work sleep and eat. I was checking value for 15-20 times per day. I could not live like that any more.

2) Too much time.

Again, when you are checking value for 10-15 times per day it takes a lot of time. I was always tired and exchausted.

3) I started playing blockchain games (not gambling).

It could be called another addiction but I don’t care. I do like it much more. It interesting and funny. It seems like blockchain games take too much time and money. However, it’s not! Trading and bounty take waaaayyyyyy more!

If you are a day trader then for sure it will consume a lot of your time, energy & efforts. As you will always be looking to charts continuously to make the right decision about buying/selling. Trading daily is like a full-time job if you have another job it is better if you go for medium or long-term trading. I would suggest while the market is in the dip just allocate as much as coins you can then sell it when bulls come, it is better option than doing trading daily.

why you take for look so much, just do that 1x/day, dont need to check it everytime.
i think trading is not suit for you, just do something make you happy, if that game can make income for you jsut do that.
i also hate trading, and just do bounty for this time.

indeed trading is not as easy as what many people say, trading is not just buying at a low price and selling at a high price, it's not easy like that. I understand your feelings, I think you are not ready and need a lot of learning to add knowledge about trading.

At the moment, I also stopped trading, firstly I just want to take a break from the drifting market, and secondly in the permanent market it is very difficult to find really good deals that bring great profit. I'll take a break, then we will see.

And I have no stress, because this is my extra income, I come after work and calmly trade.
I am sure OP actually hit trading like a gambler and that is what I believe has affected him and gotten him frustrated. As long as you do not take your time to do the following, then, there will be such scenarios like this;

- take your time to learn as much as you can
- while learning, develop a strategy that will suit you best
- After getting a good strategy, use paper trading or demo trading, to get used to the strategy, build on it, and fine tune it, while you gain confidence over time with its usage
- Once you have been able to gain confidence, try real life trading with few funds and use the same strategy to keep building on your experience
- Finally, never be in a haste to start making money, be careful of performing too much activities on the market, and discard emotions which is something that would easily go away with confidence in your strategy.

If you do not have a strategy when it comes to trading you are going to get emotional because you are just busy gambling. Trading though is not for everyone, as long as you do not have the patience to learn, which would really always set the difference.

Select the best dip coin and  buy some coins and set the limit order as the highest price ever achieved or hold the coins or tokens for 1-2 months you will get profits if it reach the price.its simple then watching price regularly.

Don't get addicted on the price checking.

My condition is like what you are experiencing now, it's just that I no longer work in the company, so I keep watching every hour, and don't waste time, while I work on the signature campaign.

I agree that trading is very stressful and take a lot of time, but with games, you can't earn that money, even not close to it, so I think it is waste of time.

During trading, you need to leave your emotions behind the threshold, otherwise you will never be able to trade profitably. As for the time, I spend no more than three hours a day and it is not much. At the expense of gambling, it is an addiction with which it is better to go to the casino, not to the exchange.

UPD:

I've noticed a lot of questions about blockchain games. Here is my games list on product hunt https://www.producthunt.com/@house_lama/collections/blockchain-games
Unfortunately, you have to stop the transaction for three reasons. In my opinion, Crypto can create a good opportunity for investors. You can completely reconcile the above reasons. You can join other activities, travel, play Blockchain games ... because you can install new information, change the market on your mobile phone ... And you can still make decisions in a timely and clear manner.
