I stopped trading. 3 reasons why.

Personally I stopped trading for some period of time, and not only because of the stress, but because of the high decreasing of the crypto market. It is very hard to trade on the decreasing market.

Well, trading with emotion surely triggers that stress.  It is always best to trade calmly, though I guess that is quite impossible since we are only human (subject to stress and emotion).  That would be a great move to stop trading if you cannot handle your emotion.  It will be devastating at the end. 

I can say I have not stopped trading since I just let my sell order sit on the exchange wait for it to be fulfilled and set buy order then let it be fulfilled.  If one has patience, then probably stress will be lessened.  I think this factor is missing to you and OP.   Btw, I only trade what I can afford to lose that is the reason why I am not emotionally affected by the decrease in prices I guess.

Well i think even Trading won't last in this bearish market. It falls and then falls more and then more. Even trading can work only in a market which at times go up and down but not in a market which has only one direction to go and that is rock bottom and then discover new depths in rock bottom.

This is the same feeling I got when I trade and it is really not good for our body because a lot of negative things and stress comes in our way. But this doesn't stop me from trading because when I hit the jackpot, it really made me happy

I don't think you have been able to divide your time well, if you don't get comfort in trading, then your decision to quit trading is a good decision. the purpose of our life in the world is to seek happiness not to make our lives stressful and depressed.

Yes that is right to say, every person has their own choice, we cannot force a person for anything, if a person do not feel confident he should really stop trading and should try to find  other job or mean of earning where he feel himself more commutable.

These are very valid points. I do trading too and I think I make it something that does not really waste most of my time. I mean there are hours that I need to do other things in the house and the family so I spend at least one hour then do another chore then go back to it again for another hour and so on and so forth.I think it really has something to do with strategy.

It is better to stop trading if we cannot handle our emotion because in the market, we will face many things and it's not guaranteed we can make a profit every day. While the market is stagnant like today, you can stop for a while and do another thing, and you can come back if the market can recover in the next month. And it's good if you can something that will help you to get new activities, so you can prevent your mind to think about trading.
