Trading is unhealthy as to trade you have to concentrate mentally, physically, you have to control your emotion, when you will made loss it will make you suffer mentally and emotionally.

Every job is unhealthy in some way, especially if you are working more than 5 hours. Sitting, running, carrying things, calculating, writing, when you do it all the time it will take a lot from you, physically and psychically!
