Some traders always soaked in the computer so its very unhealthy for me also and very stressful if you loss in trading to take some more time to recover how much funds do you lost from you.
But not all traders always lost ofcourse all these unhealthy that give trading for us is worth it sometimes if you earn a good profit.

It can be unhealthy for those people, who have weak nervous system. The guys that do not see well and wear glasses are not in the best position as well. When trading you worry about the result all the time, and it is stressful.
well, the reasonable answer to this is because trade makes a lot of people stressed, especially for those who invest large amounts, at a fairly high price. this will certainly cause severe stress when the price falls far away.

Yes, I also experienced it, headaches while trading cryptocurrency in the market, headache and pain continue to haunt me, until I give up and trade with little time, but I keep looking for businesses that can generate a minimum of $ 30 per day for my living expenses, but I haven't found that business yet Roll Eyes
Stop trading too much and try to have rest. Having enough night sleep is very important for your health. Always have that in your mind, because trading is not the cause of your headache. You can even get headache by staring at your phone at night, although with the Eye Care feature that is being added in phones these days such is unlikely to happen. So reduce your time on screen.
I remembered the first time I started day trading, and I was doing it with not much skills and knowledge, just like some people are now, I over the time, got so emotional that I even always have time to sleep, and when I am sleeping, I kept dreaming of the market.

The thing is that even if you want to day trade, which is the only way I can see trading to be unhealthy, you should be doing it with confidence in your skills and not just confidence, but the fact that you are sure you know what you are doing.

Trading itself is not unhealthy; it is basically how you approach trading that will eventually make it unhealthy. Over time, I learned from my mistakes and really I have seen trading more as a hoppy and profession and something easy with my strategy eventually, even if I do not day trade.

Trading is a job not everyone can do. It can be unhealthy because its a stressful job and it takes time and of course its very risky.
Unless you do not have the experience and knowledge about trading, it is risky indeed. Before starting trading in crypto, one must be in touch with some one who has the experience to guide you about things that are important to keep in mind while trading. It includes some economics, market knowledge and things you need at times of doing the crypto evaluation before investment in it. But a good market is also important for trading because if the market is not bullish, you might find it tough to trade.

Trading is very risky, specially when can't control your emotion, lot of traders nowadays are suffering because they can't control their emotion and they don't have risk management, they should have risk reward ration, that is very important for every trader, put always stop loss and always have risk reward ratio.

Also, I believe that you will need education in finance to be successful in trading

It was a very good thing to share your own story with everyone, because the new entrants are entering with great enthusiasm. Of course, these expectations never happen because it is almost impossible to realize these dreams with zero knowledge. Contrary to these dreams, many investors are completing their transactions with great damage and are getting soured from both daily and long-term investments.
Newbies are always entering a space most times, without having to take the deep knowledge they need to be able to do well. Trading will always be unhealthy for anyone who approaches it with levity, no knowledge, no practice to gain some experience and subject to losing a lot, which is why a lot of people get too emotional, at some point, start chasing loss recovery because they seem to see trading as gambling. As long as you do not have what it takes to guide you most of the time, you will always get screwed and at the end perform in some unhealthy activities yourself, and it is has nothing to do with trading but you.

Let’s even leave trading aside. In real life, if you are over doing some things without some rest, or probably overworking yourself, there is no way you won't breakdown eventually, and this is the same thing that applies with trading.

In fact, trading is a lot easy when you have a strategy and you know how to execute those strategies effectively. It is when you are just busy seeing trading as a gamble, getting all worked up physically and emotionally, that it will at the end of the day tell strictly on your health which is something bad and even at that, how will you be able to trade effectively when your health and physical shape is deteriorating.

Trading is not unhealthy,if you are not maintaining good life style then you will ecomes sick and the crypto currency is not responsible for that,I think you need to do some other work with your crypto trading then it can give good physical work and some tiredness which will give good sleep at night.Just simple. Cheesy
That is just the basic truth. A lot of things may be unhealthy, but there are some things, that you personally make unhealthy by your approach and your own activities yourself.

Trading is something I so much believe that once you are able to get the right knowledge, the perfect strategy that suits you and the confidence to trade effectively, you would not have to start doing some unhealthy activities that will jeopardize your own health. For instance, someone that is spending the whole day in front of the PC, just because he wants to make the whole money in a single day, how will someone like that not end up breaking down eventually?

If you're trading the whole day and updating maybe that would be bad for your health specially doing it even late at night.  But best is yet to come if all the hardwork is being given a good and high income..

Recently I read a lot of articles saying that trading affects the health of traders. One person said that he was stressed and had frequent headaches. One person said that he is often in a state of frustration because of frequent capital losses. I think we should only invest long term. Short term investment is not a good method.

A little bit of discipline and control in everything is healthy. For the facts, one need not trade everyday, you can decide to trade three or five times in a week or decide your own break period and srick to it. Over trading can be a lot unhappy, trying to monitor all the ticks and win all the moves, It is only a machine that can do that even though machines do breakdown.

So as summary we can say that please trade with extreme caution and try not to make any stress, stress creates unhealthy conditions during our lifetime.
The truth is there are many jobs that are very stressful and if that is the way you earn your money you have no option but to keep doing it or you are not going to have money to pay your bills, but it is also true that you need to find some other way to reduce your stress, trading not only requires an incredible amount of attention but it also deals with something that creates stress to almost any person and that is that it deals with money.

People get very stressed when it comes to money issues and when you lose a huge amount of your capital like what happened with the recent crash then it is almost inevitable to feel the pressure of recovering that money even if in the current circumstances that is impossible.

Trading is not for everyone - it is unique. I believe that you need to have a certain temper of character in order to deal with trailing. It really takes away a lot of attention and stress, even if you diversify risks and have a strategy.

Or just simply stressing yourself too much both physically and emotionally this will really affect your health and as you have been said even setting aside Trading, all things that you do without
any rest will really give out the possibility of negative effects. Our body does need rest and to know mental stress is way more worst than on physical and when your mind is already exhausted then
expect for other parts of the body will really be affected and you will surely feel it. Its not bad or loss of you to take some rest when you do feel too much stress on what you are doing.

That's why I do say to myself: crypto trading is for the real men that can handle physical, mental and emotional pressure. It is better to know one's health status before, during and after trading and adjust trading schedules accordingly. I agree with your point. In fact things (health) can get worse if no profit is coming. Another alternative is to go long-term investment.

From my point of view, trading is not unhealthy it all about depends on the person. If you are not disciplined and have no routine of working then it is quite stressful for you Trading is unhealthy when people do this all day long without taking any short break. So in trading business person should be punctual and disciplined.

I believe it really depends on a person. for some people as me it's can me really damaging
