2018 is the worst year for all new and old investors. In 2018 I lost a lot and now I am losing 80%. I decided to hold all altcoin I invested in 2018 and will never sell it in 2019

I also made a decision to hold all assets that I owned. I don't have the ability to predict how long I have to save the assets that I have. I can only wait and observe the market whether my portfolio is improving or not moving.

Looking at your claims, i think you should quit cryptocurrency because if you quit, then according to your history, the crypto will rise within 7 days of your quittance so it would be a good thing for the rest of the community

The fact is that I have heard more than once the statements of new forum users who would like to reduce the number of hamsters who may not adequately respond to certain situations of the cryptocurrency market. Somehow it really hurts the development of many projects and cryptocurrency as a whole.

Yes, the crypto market rules are so - the market is unpredictable, it is hard to count the date of decrease or increase just on the contrary, no predictions work, and the market is unstable, of course you should be very attentive and try to understand first before making decisions and learn a lot, but this year 2018 even the experienced traders and investors have suffered, personally I have lost a huge amount of my assets. But will see what this year will show us.

So after the bearish market came
I've been holding more alts than BTC/ETH

Coins like COSS, NANO, CND and etc
I been making loss and missing out most of the pump because i sell these coins and convert it to ICON (ICX) which i waited it to be move
So basically after everytime i sold my specific alts, few days later it went 100%   

NANO, bought at 0.011 ETH i sold at 0.005 ETH, 7 days later, it went up to 0.013 ETH. Hold for almost 6 months and sold, it went up after 7 days.
Same to NANO, COSS

Everytime i sold, within days to 1/2 week
It pumped like crazy

Just like COSS
Sold off 100k at 28 ETH last week
Today 100k COSS priced at 53 ETH

I don't think you are the only one who is experiencing bad trade, almost all crypto traders experience the same thing due to the collapse of prices in the market. 2018 is indeed a year that is not good for crypto but in 2019 hopefully there will be a better development.

This thing happened to me all the time, I bought some CSM with low price and i will hold it for long time but after little pump I sold then price up 150%.

you did very well. now, after any fast growth, it is better to sell, because people do not allow to the prices to hold onto the levels till which prices rise

Everyone lives such things like that, sometimes we sell and after few days it does x2 or we buy and dumps start these are normal for this market:) I hope one day everybody will gain again.

2018 was a really bad year. Everyone who invests has lost money, especially for the altcoin investors have had a very bad year. I think 2019 will be different and we will see an increase in prices

in fact, only 2017 was a very good time to trade cryptocurrency. Although if you remember the company point, it really brought a big profit to all users until the spring of 2018.but nevertheless, this case is a drop in the vast ocean, because there were quite a lot of new projects and they brought minimum results. And due to the poor state of the cryptocurrency market, coins fell by 200 or 300% and trade had no real results.

I have learnt not to be active during bear market but to actually be at alert to scoop low price quality Altcoin.  I was busy buying many coin I considered to be good last year.  The more I bought the low price the more there are lower lows.  I hope my holdings will become profitable this year!

believe me there will still be things worse than this in the future. if you complain because this should be fast from the crypto market, because you will be very disappointed if another fall occurs. I think 2018 is bad, but if you have the courage you will definitely get a profit.

If it wasn't for swing trading I would have lost 90% in last year's bear market. But well-timed shorts, scalps, a few arbitrage opportunities around the BCH fork - and suddenly I'm barely losing money.
I wish I knew how to actively trade before the beginning of the bear market, I would have crushed it completely.
