Officers from The Luxury Bank will validate the Co-Ownership Smart Contract, will cancel their voting rights on the platform as well as block any right to alienate the co-ownership title until the credit is paid.

What would be if the borrower will break the loan conditions?

If a borrower fails to pay back the loan completely, the loan turns into a default. In this case, The Luxury immediately deposits a fraction of the loan to The Luxury Bank in order to minimize the loss. Since the borrower is known and legally bound to the smart contract, the platform has the choice of collecting the debt canceling the co-ownership contract to the nearest value or simply selling the default on the Collectors Syndicate Market on the main platform to further minimize the loss.

We are talking about three totally separate business models, and only one of them reflects the situation you are exposing. But after all, we are too small to be able to change an entire industry or a whole system, but I'm looking for the other two business models to balance the situation. Although we operate in the luxury industry, you need to know that our intentions are clear, besides current consumers or industry players, gates can also be opened to middle-class people who have the right to build their own lifestyle at an affordable price.

Thank you for elaborating my comment, I must confess I was not aware of the conpensation of the other two business models. Also the fact that the project is too small to make a negative difference on that matter, for me it was just the principal that bothered me a bit. the fact that they want to collect 50 million dollars in fall market is certainly amazing. its one thing to collect the minimum amount to start, according to them, another thing is to collect the max amount of money with less bonuses.
