I believe this isn't safe time for investing on ICOs. But it can be worth buying altcoins that have strong team and proper well planned scope.It is more safe to wait until market ends bear market. With coming up trend there are so many altcoins that have high possibility to be price increased as previous ico hype .

indeed many now complain about the fraud of the ICO project. but this did not prevent me from continuing to look for the best ICO to invest. I usually analyze before bargaining in it, usually I read whitepaper from each project that I will follow. there are many things that we can value whether the project has a clear goal and a great team. and I am grateful that until now I have never had an ICO scam.

Yes there are lot of exit scams going on, I'm a victim of one ICO, I participated in its bounty campaign, after the developers raised money they elope with the fund without any traces.. I've stop following bounties randomly, it's either I follow some tested and trusted bounty managers or I use bounty platform. From ICO that i join, it is better to hit and run. After you buy ICO that you believe will give you profit, sell it immediately. It is better because even old ICO, have price that down a lot from ICO price.

There is not such a thing as a safe investment and when you look at the market even a good ico has almost no chance to make you money in the short term and since the time a ico is alive is very short it is likely that even if you held your coins that will not be long enough for the next bull market to appear so the best thing is to stay out of the market for now.

I wont support the notion that all projects that kept quiet after crowdfund are all scam project. Some are only trying to control the price of the token not to fall the way coins are falling this year. Projects like darcmatter, Hdac, rootproject are still following the road except getting on a good volume exchange though they have the capacity and product.

Correct, their are a lot of investment that can we called a big opportunity because it follows the right directions and the right way to go. Their are scam but we need to find the right and fitted for us so that we are leading to success. The purpose of the white paper is to look for it to identify the right one.

Yes, that's how it is, even if the project is owned or supported by a trusted person, it doesn't guarantee that the project will be successful and last long. Everything can change in a short time. For now, Investing through altcoin or trading does have a high chance to get profit compared to ICO.
