There was no bull run at the end of 2018. Bitcoin did not raise prices at the end of the year as in previous years which it happened. Even without Bull run happening. I believe 2019 Bitcoin will recreate strongly.

I think the one to watch is BTC, as it is usually bitcoin that leads the bull run and alts follow later.
We've had a decent increase recently in percentage terms, but in dollar terms we are nowhere near seeing a bull emerge yet.

This is just not gonna happen, bull runs happen every 3-5 years, so next one probably will be at 2021.

It is natural to want to see a bull run since we all want to earn money in this market but that is simply impossible, no one is investing new money in this market except those that are really smart and see the easy profits they will get in a few years but until more people decide that is worth their time and money to invest in the market then it is likely we will see the price not moving much.
