I have a method about this.

If i sell a a token, i instantly stop wathcing it. So if pumps hard after i sell, i never know.

I agree. Looking back will just make you will worst especially if the coin you have sold has gone up. What I am doing is to completely remove that coin to my mind and never check its price.
