Yes this is right that this is the time to buy back everything because this time the market is very slow and the rates of all the coins are low and there is no profit at this time but if we wait for the right time and sell our coins at that time we will get the more profit at this time.

Same thoughts here, the prices are low for most of the coins due to this dip. I do think this is a good opportunity to buy more of the coins to add to our investment portfolio. However, i think buy in parts will be better in case the prices dip further.

is not what you convey is the risk that is obtained in investing with crypto currencies and if you know all the risks of course we as investors who have confidence and patience because of that the main capital in investing, of course |

This is a difficult call to make this is not first time price has been moving sideway, i have feelings that price will be sideway until the end of this year, therefore i wouldn't say this is the time to buy back.

i disagree.
altcoins must be bought when they are being pumped not when they are being dumped. and right now the altcoins are getting dumped and they have no pump coming to them for a very long time. some of them probably never going to get pumped any more.
so buying now means buying bags of worthless crap that will probably lose more value but surely will take a lot of time to give any kind of profit.

Anytime there is a sharp drop in price like this does feel bad but it's an opportunity for those that recognizes it. What I mean is it's time to buy as many as possible because the price is cheap and don't forget invest what you can afford to lose

there are many expert traders who say if the bull run will occur in 2019 and to change the trend, bitcoin price must touch the lowest support first ($3000 - $4500), so I'm not sure if now is the right time to buy it because there are many speculators that are uncertain so I prefer stop trading temporarily, maybe this is the best choice |

Yes I think it will be a right decision to buy btc with the current price as this btc can bounce back easily due to many buy support. It's a risk to decide but the market is unpredictable and it's difficult to buy at the bottom. |

Maybe yes because the prices reaching new bottom of this year so they need to buy more as much as can if they are long term investors and hopefully the year 2019 is going to give some good price movements so now it is important to hold some of the coins to make profits when the prices increase sooner or later.
