I think hardware wallets are the best secure storage option available at this moment. If you have some extra money then go for a trezor or ledger nano S.
But besides hardware wallets I always prefer myetherwallet to store all eth based tokens. MyEtherWallet is very easy to use. Even a beginner can use it easily. And it is very secure for me you just have to be careful about your private key. That's it.

First of all I trust on MyEtherWallet, reason is that we can store all our tokens & coins. Mostly alt coins used in ICO’S can be store in MEW.
After that we can trust on Meta mask & hardware wallet, because our tokens are more secure in hardware wallet.

I think Myetherwallet and Imtoken are two wallets that are simple, easy to access, and have strong security. I prefer MyEtherWallet from both.

MyEtherWallet if you have Ledger Nano.
If you dont have Ledger Nano, install the plugin MetaMask, probably the most secure way, because you are not showing, copy and pasting your private key anywhere!

Myetherwallet -That is what I personally trust. Of course, many people had problems with him. But this is more connected with the mistakes that they themselves made. And be sure to save the private key in two copies so that there are no problems.

I personally use Coinomi app in my mobile phone, it is good to store more coins in one place.
It is an old wallet, so I am used to it and probably I will not change it because I don´t see the reason.

Talking from experience, hardware is most secured and best wallet where you can keep your erc20 tokens, in as much you update your firmware regularly nothing will happen to your tokens.
You are absolutely right in your opinion. In fact, it turns out that today storing your assets on hardware wallets is always much more profitable than, for example, on online wallets this has been verified many times.

The best thing is security and we are inventing because we truly want to increase our money. It needs wallets as you said there are some wallets that are verified so yes we have and in this matter I think Block chain is the super good choice which has good market demand as well.

For Ethereum transactions I used to use MyEtherwallet, because it is very good and sucure wallet for your Ethers and erc-20 tokens.

I store my tokens on different MEWallets. Of course he is not the most secure, but if you follow the precautions, there is nothing wrong with your wallet is not going to happen.

so far I have also used myetherwallet to store all my erc coins. and until now I have not had any difficulties or adverse mistakes from my wallet. I feel safe keeping the assets that I have in myetherwallet, because the security is very good indeed.

If you are a beginner, I think you can try MEW, because there are many features in MEW such as JSON File, Hardwallet, MetaMaks, private key. you can maximize it so that your assets become safe. most people have also used MEW

if I use myetherwallet because it's easy and doesn't need to download like imtoken. For security, it's safe if we also have to maintain a private key and be careful of phishing links

Which wallet do you consider for ERC-20 tokens and how safe is it?
i prefer only Myetherwallet proven and trusted for many years you dont need to worry about your funds and tokens all you need to do is keep your privatekey safe and avoid phishing.

Only hardware wallets. I used to use Ledger Nano S, but I'd also like to try new Trezor model T. Of course they both are very save, but I don't like the way how Ledger Nano S works. You should install and launch application for each crypto you need and, unfortunately, it has very small amount of memory. It's not enough to have 4-5 applications. But as for ERC-20 tokens - you need only ETH application.

P.S.
BTW myetherwallet is not a wallet as is, it's just a layer between blockchain and user.

Used MyEtherWallet very simple and convenient wallet, then moved to Mycrypto I found it more convenient and modern, it is a pity that there is no version for mobile devices. For mobile is very convenient Blockchain.info And I really like to use TREZOR

I believe in MyEtherWallet but not only that, there is another wallet that I trust to store my coins, EOS wallet.
I think EOS has a high level of security which makes me feel safe storing coins on EOS.
