If they see the team can pay the fee for getting their coin listed, they should also be looking for the community of the project because if the exchange only sees the huge fees for getting it listed, they will soon suffer when there is no trading volume to this coin. It would be a complete waste for both the team and exchange in the end. Chances is that the coin will be delisted.

It depends on the project and the amount of collected funds, because exchange listing costs a lot of money. I have heard that Binance want 5 million USD for their listing and I have no doubts that they get the same amount for their IEOs.

Have you done a lot of research before? It looks so horrible to see that. if the team wants to pay the listing fees and the coin can be listed on at least medium exchange site. But most of icos are wanna holding their money rather than spending it for liquidity.
