After reading the article, I realized adding blockchain to VR probably involves text and numbers. The Cardboard VR resolution is pretty low. Would it not be too hard to read text and numbers in low resolution VR?

And how would users interact with text and numbers?

I haven't really used vr yet but why that would be hard to read? You can still scale text with low resolution. Right?

Well lets be honest the cardboard wont be the best experience, but it's possible and reading the text will be indeed low resolution compared to for example the Oculus and HTC.

Simple cause the process power and lenses are less optimal, same with gaming you will have computers that run a game on low stats and others on Ultra.

Our goal is the build the future platform for many VR users and the future glasses get cheaper and better Oculus go is a good example.

This is a good approach. It makes sense to allow everyone the opportunity to be a part of this. If a person can't afford a high end headset then that's fine, they would be happy with a lower resolution experience.

It is fair when everyone have their chances to join and become part of the big community.
Together, all members can build up a strong, solid community that makes more sense for the CosmosCR project, generally.

In cardboard isn't there a risk may chase away people?

It is giving very low quality and people who is trying that can think vr is not that good.

I don't think is actually recommending Cardboard. Just saying if nothing else is available, then it would be accessible still.

It would be smart to let Cardboard users know that they are viewing in a low quality resolution and will have a limited experience. This way people will be motivated to upgrade.

Actually i dont think it will scare people away, first time i tried VR was also with a cardboard and the only thing i was thinking if a cardboard can do this what will high end devices be able to.

People should understand cardboard wont give the huge experience although my wife her IphoneX works pretty nice with WebVr. It can never generate the experience the high end devices can cause they
are optimized for this specific tasks.

Maybe a few people run away, yes, but most people will be excited and aware, that they are using only a cardbord which is limitted.
More detailed answer was here:

Not necessarily, my device has cost 50 €, so it is not really a "card" board and even if it is not perfect, I get to know the basics.
That makes me curious rather than deterred. After all, I also know that the development is still in its infancy.
And do not forget that companies like the New York Times sent 1 million cardboards to their subscribers. (https://investors.nytco.com/default.aspx?SectionId=cd9b6ddf-fd02-4549-a050-ed04febf7e89&LanguageId=1&PressReleaseId=59b67d11-31a4-4f7a-a761-ec9e70d11f97).
In this way, till July 2016, around 16 million Google Cardboards have come into circulation.
That is not to be underestimated.

There's adult space also which I don't think any other player has. Are you guys open to porn also or there are some restrictions on adult space?

As long as it's in the legal boundaries of your operations. We can't accept illegal stuff than people will get voted off the platform.

There's porn and porn anyway, there are erotic movies on one side and pedopornographic movies on the other side, of course you can't allow pedopornographic content, it's just disguting and only a sick person would want to see such content

I hope you'll post the article here MrBoot

Here you go buddy! Everyone here an article that explain the cosmos architecture, hope you gonna like it and questions are welcome!

https://medium.com/cosmoscr/cosmos-platform-architecture-3a5be0bd5da2

Hope you guys also understand after reading this that the ETA's we set are not long, cause this will all be made from scratch and optimised for this use-case.

It would be interesting, i reckon, to read something about content creation later on or at least what tool and development environment will possible to use to create things.

Well you can almost use every 3d creation suite, a great free example would be blender (free and opensource). You can export your models to obj or glTF file and import them in our SDK and move the positions for example.
We will write more about this later on, but we want to create it as easy as possible i think a wordpress for VR idea.

VRChat is super popular and I think at least partly because of the ability for users to create and import their own models. So if users can do the same in CosmosCR then that would be a promising feature.

This would be great if CosmosCR would offer a simple tool for creating models and personalize it. That would enable people to connect to the community even more and not get bored so fast.

Yea Vr chat is pretty cool and fun to see, I never played not that much of a player anymore, but i did review it and was fun (many crazy videos online)

We will do our best to create as much fun as possible, but everyone dont forget other people can also make tools, plugins, games on their planets. We're more excited what hopefully thousand of people and developers will create. We cant work up to that (although our CTO is a monster)  Cool
