I suppose VR adoption it at its infancy and there are plenty of room for growth on VR projects like this and in fact, they could be the frontliners in VR technology that could enjoy a massive adoption soon.
I think so too. When it will happen this, like those other few vr project are now kicking around may be in a good spot to grasp all the audience.

I was just wondering about the benefits of adding crypto assets to a concept like VRChat. Then again there exist things like Eve Online which involves virtual space battles that made people lose $300000 real money worth of virtual space ships.
What is that? Also, if some people lost $300000 worth of things, that means some people win $300000 worth of things?

But EVE online doesn't let you purchase lands or planets (that you actually really have, as long as you have your private keys), without any points of failure (as long as Ethereum is secure)

You own a ship which was made in about 100 hours (time for getting minerals, modules ...), then you can calculate f.e. 20$ x 100 hours = 2000$. If I destroy your ship , you have lost about 2000$. I dont get the $, you have lost the time which is equivalent to 2000$.

Or this game only benefits the creator and entertains the player?\ And I don't understand the relation between this game and things like VRChat / CosmoCR, im a bit confused.

Also it's easier to suggest a long roadmap and release everything in time than actually dissapoint people over and over again. This effect the community and the price we seen that happen many times already.
But you started developing already? Or will start after softcap will be reached? And what softcap you setup?

But you started developing already? Or will start after softcap will be reached? And what softcap you setup? The softcap is stated in the opening post. It's at 15,000 ETH. I know the price of ETH has fallen a lot so 2 million USD (at current market price) sounds reasonable compared to what other projects last year were achieving. But nevertheless 15,000 ETH is still quite an ambitious goal. I really hope they can raise the funds they need for the development.

What do you think about VRChat and do you think they are a competitor to CosmosCR? Are you targeting the same demographic or does CosmosCR offer features that will get VRChat users to move to CosmosCR?
I think what VRChat is doing should be one of the basic components of CosmosCR which should offer many other options and interactions. Judging by the popularity of VRChat, there are a vast amount of users who are using VR every day. Well i think many features VRChat got are needed in the Metaverse, you need to be able to interact with your avatar. vrchat has so many active users but i think it will remain much more basic than cosmoscr that will offer many other interaction options, 5 eth to buy a land can seem so many but i think it's worth it if well exploited a land can give big economic returns...
Land wont cost 5 ETH, but every 5 eth in the ICO you get the tokens and a Free added Land parcel. Land will be offered in a dutch auction and the market will set the price (can be 5 eth or 1). Land will be mostly valuated also on location close to the center can bring in more people.

Well imagine 100 games with different NFT's, that gets interresting. Also we are not just like VRCHAT we want to let people build games, themeparks, cinema's. pubs, courses and much more. Some def. benefit from NFT's. I was just wondering about the benefits of adding crypto assets to a concept like VRChat. There is no direct relation, but talking in VRChat is a really popular game and we want to offer some of the same experience like interaction between avatars. I'm not a VRChat expert i seen it but never played it, cause we're just to busy. Also it's easier to suggest a long roadmap and release everything in time than actually dissapoint people over and over again. I think 15000 ethereum is a pretty fair marketvalue as softcap, I cant see people making this for possible with a lower investment. We already invested 200k from our own money in this (lawyers, company and a office). We believe this can become huge thats why we're really working hard to achief our goals. Also it's easier to suggest a long roadmap and release everything in time than actually dissapoint people over and over again. Lol why would the development be currently on hold, we are just working on during this time period ( ETA'S are set). Today we will release an article about the Framework to give you all a better idea without spoiling all of our technical details.

As long as it's in the legal boundaries of your operations. We can't accept illegal stuff than people will get voted off the platform.

After reading the article, I realized adding blockchain to VR probably involves text and numbers. The Cardboard VR resolution is pretty low. Would it not be too hard to read text and numbers in low resolution VR?
And how would users interact with text and numbers?

I haven't really used vr yet but why that would be hard to read? You can still scale text with low resolution. Right?
