It is really disappointing if you take it seriously and even think easy money which could the market can't give it back to you.
If you just hold your BTC, there is no losses happening but of course people wanting assurance and they just sell their token just to get their money even they are still losing. This is uncontrollable event which could create more dumps.

I think this is a drama that is deliberately created by the most Bitcoin holders so that the BItcoin price falls, to keep the Bitcoin cycle rotating before the Bitcoin price hits the highest sky. And also as a test for investors in facing the rigors of the Crypto world. I personally believe the price of Bitcoin will continue to increase over time.

Yes, everyone is disappointed because Bitcoin prices are going down hard including me. I think this happens because of BCH hash rate war between BCHSV VS BCHABC till now. This won't happen if there is no BCH Hardfork civil war. I hope this war is over as soon as possible.

I have lost faith in the news media and also these ridiculous price predictions these so called experts come out with. I am sure they are paid by whales and institutions to give people false indicators to fomo in and buy then they short the prices right down to steal all the profit and gains from the people. We alone as a family have had two years of gains wiped out in 2018 and have seen our capital go back to what we had in January 2017. So it is like two years have gone for nothing of hard work.

it is only natural to be disappointed when you lose money
but it is a normal situation- nobody promised you a guaranteed profit, any investment is a risk
especially investing in such a risky asset as bitcoin
one thing to remember, you lost nothing till you sell , i.e. on a longer time scale the price will correct itself, maybe not this year
maybe not even 2019-2020 we see the return to 10.000$ range
but the deflationary mechanism in bitcoin will make the price go up inevitably ( well unless some critical vulnerability is found or the whole cryptography is re-invented or we
slide into a global war or other cataclysm)

Yes mate this bearish market is very disappointing bitcoins price had fully goes so deep.We have nothing to do with this situation if this was caused by manipulation..but maybe we have to wait when will be the recovery timeframe or when will the whales feel weary of making this bear market.
I agree with one of the comments here that maybe before investing we must involved this kind of situation when we risk our money into some coins because not all of us will be in favor with luck,inorder to become instant millionaires on crypto world.

I too felt disappointed at some point but that feeling didn't last long for me. Sure the recent price drop was not expected especially when we all thought that it will have some bullish breakout based on the descending triangle it has formed but the unexpected happened and I was not prepared to handle it. But then I realize that my disappointed at the price won't do no good for both me and what I am hodling that is why I would rather be an optimistic rather than to grieve like all hopes are lost, there is still hope and BTC is still fighting to rise back up again, after all we are all just speculators here and hodling BTC is really risky during the bear market.

   I disagree that Bitcoin is destroyed? Crypto market is still here, actively trading, a lot of investors are either buying or selling on their Bitcoin for their profits, we know that every body here are investors knew the risk factors involved before such investment on Bitcoin, some are already gained, had enjoyed their profits from previous crypto transaction. It is safe to feel sorry or disappointed after the huge drops on the price value of Bitcoin but we knew the risk involved, that one may loss such investment and gain if the market is favorable to investors.

Well, I can understand your concern and I believe that the situation is more or less the same for most of the newbies out there. However, volatility is not new for the market and I am sure that market will bounce back in the coming months when everyone would start acquiring during the bullish market. One should do adequate research and analyse his risk profile before making an investment decision.
