No it is not. Bull run is just a speculation so I do not think that this will be the basis for bull run speculation. As we all know that market will move on its own up and down and no one dictates it. I am not sure that we will see the bull run any time soon. If it could come, it would be here now. I don't see any signs of bull run coming. The market is stagnant, and nothing seems to move it, not even the whales.

Its hard to predict since we saw similar situations in the past already but i sure hope this is the case and we will enter new year with a bull run which will bring fresh money to crypto.

For me in particular, this is the sign of a bull run.it may not happen very fast,but the price of valuable coins will be moving up,pull back and resume uptrend.If you watch very well ,you will realize that bitcoin is down 75%,etherium is down 85% and many altcoins are down 90%.On the other hand,bitcoin goes down to the point that affected many miners ,and this resulted in many people panick selling.
Now,the weak hands have sold off and I think the green sign we are seeing currently is an early sign of bull run.
Moreover, there are many gigantic companies  and financial heavy weights waiting to join crypto market as well.

What will you say now when bitcoin is far below the level you mentioned?) I think that we won't see a bull run in this year. It's more likely the growth will begin in the second quarter of 2019. IMHO of course.

I agree with you, you need more evidence of growth. During the month of November, we fell by more than 2 times, but grew by only 20% and everything started talking about growth. Most likely this is a correction before the next fall.

We can't really tell if this is a sign that the market will be starting to back to bull run but let us all hope
that it is so that many lose trust from crypto will regain its trust. Some people are losing hope now due to big fall of market in just a few weeks and still not recovering yet. Just have faith to crypto and believe that it will not die.

This green lines don't mean anything, it's just that price is higher then last 24 hours. Suppose, market falls from $6k to $3k and on third it's green with price at $3.3k, it is worse whether it's green or not.

Highly speculative and really hard to predict the directions as bearish really strong after the second half, but still holding that december run will comes up something nice, bull run still from the last heights average and for those who comes up early this year everything is really pain in the ass, but working out to learn more about the market and keep on moving forward for more growth will gives a glimpse of future success when bull really run stronger.

I am really skeptic about it. I waited for August, then September, then the end of this year, nothing is happening. No bull run, so I think I will wait some more; I am trying not to lose faith but it gets harder.
