Most of the advice I see when someone asks if they should HODL or trade is that to HODL.
If we only HODL and not trade, how will we ever make profit.
If we do HODL, how long do we have to just hold. The only  thing happens is the price keep going down.

I believe instead of just keep holding, we should at least start trading. For beginners they can also learn how to trade.
I've started to trade 3 months ago and I've been earning profit since.

This is just my opinion and I would encourage others to do so as well.

Before to trade, the first thing you need to do is to know the current situation of the market, then if you saw its gradually rising then its better to trade but since th situation right now of market is still not good, I think its better to hold for a while your coin so it will grow much more. Also if your coin have potential then its good to it  to hold it for long term because there's big possibility it will grow and surely give you lot profit.

To me , I prefer to hold because I don't need to care much about it and the profit is quite good if you choose the right cryptocurrency and a good time to hold it . But if you are trading and you  forgot to cut loss , you can become holder for that coin but that coin have to be really good and potential .

the risks in trading now with the unstable market are really big, i'm doing a long term hold strategy because i do not want to sell any of my tokens at a loss, i only sell them when their price will be at least the same as when i bought them
