As exchange negotiations imply the participating of two sides, we do not have any deadlines and specific dates, but will implement the terms of listings as soon as possible. Extra exchanges are in plans as well.

Buy wallas not neccessary must be filled. It is setting up by trading bots so it will guarantee that team's funds wont be lost. In thev same time it creates a showcase of liquidity in trading pairs

It is if one masternode always proceed a block. But there are hundreds of nodes already. Each of them take part in block generation. It is called decentralization
