I don't understand where are going to crypto market. I was holding my coin last 1 year but still market down and I am waiting until 2020 and try to buy altcoin and btc.SO i think this time only for hold and btc will back again.

Patience is really important. Crypto is all about patience and we need to be more temperate regarding yo the price or status of crypto coin , because anytime everything may change and it will result to loss or to gain due to its unstable status or price.
