Well everyone is lossing because we are on dip. But if we are going to hold and  wait for the price to rise up high maybe we can recover our loss from the huge dip the we are now experiencing. I believe that the crypto market will recover soon. So then I believe that the best thing to do is to buy more and hold for good.

Hold will be good but not for all. Some big coin which value upto $50, those coin should hold until touch the good value.
Some coin use for trading and some coin use for hold. Trading and hold both serious matter I think. You should choose 50/50.
