I don't have any other answer for your loss because once a person lost his profits and income there is some mistakes will be going on and we had a lots of opportunity to make money if we missed the chance in one time a profit will also be affected by that callousness if you work more then you will definitely gain for that.

My advice if you're losing, you should stop and wait for a good price to be back just like the old days. Yes hold it for another 1 or 2 years but you have to choose good coin only. Spend times to analysis each crypto in fundamental because crypto that have better fundamental will rise higher than others. Or if you have more times , trade 50% of your coin to make higher profit.
