We have a lot of bad news and so much FUD lately, the prices of Bitcoin still shows little signs for recovery, some bitcoin miners stop mining and other has gone bankrupt and now is gaining a bad reputation for non-bitcoiners so potential investors are scare. But what can we do? I propose that we make a huge campaign promoting bitcoin everywhere in WhatsApp, telegram, Instagram, snapchat, facebook, emails… Lest spread only the good news and even tell your family, friends, and neighbors that now is a good time to buy bitcoin. Together we can make a positive chain reaction.

i strongly disagree with this. because basically you are saying "price has dropped, lets make it rise again and call that 'great'". bitcoin is not about price and profit. so when its price drops it doesn't mean it stopped being "great"!
it you want to run a campaign advertising bitcoin, that is great. but as long as you are not doing it to make the price go up. and more importantly as long as you are not advertising bitcoin to others as a means to make profit because of its rises.
doing things like this will only increase the volatility and make the rise (the thing you are hoping for) harder. we don't want more speculators running around, we want more real adoption. we want merchants running a full node, a lightning node and accept payments through bitcoin. we want people who see the advantages of using this unique decentralized currency and spend it.

People associate a price drop in Bitcoin as a "bad" thing, but real Bitcoiners see this as the "Purge" of people that are "bad" for Bitcoin. Actually although we don't do that, bitcoin price will go up again. If what you mean with great is the price. The bitcoin adoption is still growing, which mean actually the demand is increases, but as many big investors sell their bitcoin now then what we see in price chart is down trend. Bitcoin has good fundamental so bitcoin is undervalued now, I also had sold all of my bitcoin but it doesn't mean that I leave this investment world, I only sell to buy bitcoin at lower price. I strongly sure that bitcoin is the best online payment methode and people are need it. It's good chamce for new bitcoin minner, the less number of bitcoin minners that exist then the profit that can be earned will be bigger.

What you're really trying to say is "Let's make Bitcoin expensive again (and profit while doing so)". I have nothing against that sort of mentality, but it's one of the largest contributing factors to Bitcoin's erroneous reputation as a ponzi. It's also true that it's very likely a ridiculous bargain at the moment.

But yeah, again, I'm not against this at all, I just want to point out that Bitcoin is still Bitcoin. There's no greatness to be talking about -- its market value dipped is all.

I highly do believe the BTC is a great cryptocurrency and it will become again great. We know how important that coin for us and to the crypto world. BTC is the main currency in here. Beware, that website is calling certain altcoin(s)/fork(s) to be the real/correct Bitcoin. Those altcoins may indeed not be great, and our business would be to tell the people that all the coins that contain some other words "around" Bitcoin are not the real deal and they are not so great.

I don't see this kind of promotion as the solution that bitcoin will need to rise again. Bitcoin is still great even if the price is dropping. Many people, governments and organisations already know and understand the power that bitcoin can afford them and I know that in due time most them will embrace it. Bitcoin was created with a fairly developed technology, the price dropped is not a big problem. Prices dropped by people like those who panicked and left Bitcoin, without being aware that bitcoin was starting to be adopted and would certainly have a much better value. You have a good idea and heart to advertise bitcoin. But there's no need for us "to make bitcoin great again". Bitcoin has been good for most of the time if you will study the charts. There's no need for everyone to do this because its already on the mainstream.

1) The problem of electricity consumption should be solved.
2) Need new and efficient mining equipment.
3) Scalability problem should be solved.
4) If possible, it should be accepted by more than one state. (Especially USA, China, Russia and strong economies)

6) All the items on top are something to bring; Acceptance as payment.

I agree on what pooya87 said. Bitcoin doesn't always have to drastically increase its value to be called great, it should be called great because of how it performs, what I mean is how secure is it, how fast, and how reliable it is to use as a payment system, that's how you call it great, not just because of the value is high. But what you said that spread a good news can also help other people understand what can Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency can give.
