I bought some bitcoin at very low price from some exchange, and arbitrage it for good profit, I think it is the best opportunity I can have right now.

That's great cause you doing right, that's idea is the one best strategy of many investor's, when bitcoin decreasing the value this is good oppurtunity to buy more and waiting for right time and get more profit from our investment.

Hey you're right as Bitcoins prices have always bounced back after going down, even recently when they were down we witnessed some upward movements. There are two types of investors one who buy and hodl it, others keep on buying at low prices, and then sell it at high prices. I believe if you want short term profits then you need to buy everytime it dips, and then sell when it rises it's a risky strategy but can definitely help you earn some money.

It is pretty obvious that most speculators just love commodities with higher volatility, because this is where their profit is generated. They want to buy at a lower price and sell at a higher price. Well, as we all know that the price of bitcoin fluctuates from time to time and that the stability of the market cannot be ascertained; so also we do not know if the current price is a better opportunity to buy. But one thing we know for sure is that the price of bitcoin dropped from 20k(a height which the currency attained in 2017) to 3k(which is the current price range of the market).

I am sure that people will use this opportunity to buy as much bitcoin as they can especially for people who own large money. This opportunity will not happen in the future, and if the price is down again in the future, the deeper price now will change in another number so we could feel difficult to buy bitcoin. So when we still have the chance to buy at a lower price, we should use that, but of course, we don't need to go all in.

some people have lost confidence in bitcoin because of the current decline, some large investors take advantage of the opportunity to buy as much as possible, bitcoin never reduces prices but this is just manipulation of big traders

I totally agree that there are some have lost their interests and confidence because of the dumped happened this year. They get used to have a big money because the price of every crypto in the market is high that make them so profitable. But now it still dumped and slowly rising up.

It doesn't matter whether its Stock or BTC, the best time to buy is when the price falls. Anyway, there are people who thinks BTC is going to diminish its value to nothing over time. That is why majority of the people (including me) being skeptic to make an investment. On contrary, we probably buy it once the market is on bull run.  Eventually ends up in loss.
