should I start buying ICOs again

This seems not the best time to invest in ICOs even though there is an appreciable rise in in the crypto market. I see this time to favor those who rather buy already existing tokens or altcoins at a less price as they will perform better than ICOs.

As mentioned it is good to invest on most of the top listed altcoins as the bitcoin price has gone much high in comparison to the growth of altcoins. Probably there will be good growth with altcoins in the falling weeks, based on the same making an investment is really good for a bigger profiting in the long run or to the short term if lucky.

Finding coins that are listed already in the market is good, compared to investing in ICO.
They are cheap in general as the overall value of altcoins have significantly drop, lower than bitcoin.
This is a good chance, and even compared with IEO, I believe buying altcoins that are undervalued is a good way to make money in short term.

It seems to me that it is IEO that comes to the cryptocurrency market today and will be able to replace the company's ico without any problems.  But if you take into account the real requirements of trading markets from new projects, then not all teams can fulfill these conditions.  So the company’s ico market will continue to exist.

I advise to make a very deeply research before you join in any investment even it ICO or IEO because it's more important to know the project and what their ability to make their project successful. So think twice before buying or invest to ICO and IEO or and investment in crypto.

Right. This is real now. ICO is now losing its appeal and belief. I should look forward to the following ICO projects developing and completing projects (TEST - MAINNET) such as Xbase to invest instead of taking the time to search and observe current projects. Or should wait for the results of the projects with IEO to invest later instead of adventuring with open ICOs at this time.

Ieo is new and not all people are interested to try new stuffs because they think that new stuffs are risky as new stuffs dont get enough reputation or credibility to show their worth .  This is why there will still be a demand for good ol ico's because this system is the pioneer compare to other types of crowdfunding out there   .@op yes you can , just make sure that you check the feedback of your chosen ico and/or you can also do your own research just to make sure that the project is good

ICO market is not good now, most of the ICOs are failing badly, some potential ICOs are keeping the extension of their ICO timeline! I would suggest you for buying from the IEO, not ICO tokens! We have to use to with the trend and IEO is the better option here!
