I think right after the hardfork we can see some price drop cause many people are expecting that in Constantinople hardfork they gonna get new coins. Beside that there are 2 more hardfork(unofficial hardfork and I think they are scam). But in long time scale we will see some uptrend price cause if block reward less means a little bit low supply. But we can think in other ways too cause ethereum already have a huge supply so the change may not effects ethereum price. We saw the price drop cause of icos scams and failed icos. So if the ico ecosystem change my be then it's effects on ethereum price.

Yes, you are right, people are holding Ethereum to get this fork coin. As Binance also supporting Constantinople fork, so, in the crypto platform, everyone got the hype about it and I believe this incident will help Ethereum to hit 200 USD in this month!
But you may not get any fork coin too, because I read some articles that Constantinople is a fork to improve the Ethereum network, this is not a typical snapshot fork!

Still they have not paid yet bounty payment even those people are holding to get reward for fork coin. ETCV main telegram group name and logo changed. But ETCV added some low rating exchange this is just people attraction to invest this project.

Ethereum Constantinople is the only fork of recent forks of Ethereum that makes really sense. Other 2 showed that are pure scams. What a pitty.
