You can create a strategy out of them, you see on what coin has the most loss from that day and you can buy from that. But you need to check if that coin has enough volume to pump once again. This was the strategy of most scalp traders, they just follow the biggest losers because afterwards it will be the gainers after a day or two.

   Take the lowest price ever of some coin, check the price of that coin in this moment and you will have clean
calculation how much profit would you earn if you bought in beginning and waited until now. You can try with
ATH prices too, from beginning until ATH.

There are a lot of altcoins that can bring more profit to you. BTC can only vary from 5-10% to be the highest. Because it is big altcoin and its value is not easy to jump.

Digibyte for me before is good but it's a very underrated coin.
I didn't pursue my money of investing there instead I focus more bitcoin and few altcoins like Ethereum. Last 2017, bitcoin was the most profitable coin. If you invest early of 2017 where bitcoin is just around $1,000 and you held up to the end of the year, your gain was around $19,000.
