It doesn't matter when you found out that it has a couple of billion of supply. So check the supply and also about the project. Less than a billion is a good choice but make sure that it haven't increased too much in price. But there are very few projects that even has 10-20 billion supply still has a good value so it's up to you if you want to make a risk.
