Steller and Cardano Both are good altcoins but i think it will be better to go with the first two XRP and Ethereum. I think he who hold these coin for long time will get a huge amount of profit.

It is hard to say if that is good timing to buy Alts, I would still chose Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Monero, and EOS for now, and wait a bit more time for other Alts if the market is warmer.

I'd highly recommend Ethereum because of its active development, and consistent innovation. The condition I see is we are in a bearish market, which resulted to price dump.
It's not a collapse as some are seeing it, therefore we should not panic, when more people are hesitant to buy, it should be nice to buy.
There thinking is different than the smart ones or the whales, so we should think smart, but alts but good alts now as it's cheap.

Speaking of Dogecoin, I would recommend investing into DogeCash. This new cryptocurrency aims to make Dogecoin great again with the introduction of masternodes and other nifty features. It has an active development team and friendly community. Given how limited its supply is, I'd say that it's an undervalued cryptocurrency. As for DAG-based cryptocurrencies, they seem to be the future of Blockchain technology due to their high transaction capacity. IOTA is the leader of this space, making it a great investment for the long term.

On the other hand, exchange cryptocurrencies like BNB and KuCoin Shares are also a great investment nowadays, since they're able to retain their price on the market even with adverse situations. Whenever it's the perfect time to buy altcoins or not, it's up to you to decide. In my point of view, every time Bitcoin declines in price massively, other altcoins follow. I will not call BNB cheap now, it has a good increase this year and therefore it could be overvalued.
I can surely find cheaper coins in the market that has better potential, I'll agree with IOTA but not with Doge, I don't see it grow.
