Most people wish no id verification, but as I noticed you are going to offer € pairs kyc procedure is a must have otherwise you operate illegal.
Beside that exchange that offer low fees, high volume and a nice referral program and contest is very attractive.
Yes, KYC is a must for us since we are building crypto/FIAT markets. That's what I'm trying to tell people: if trading involves FIAT money, there's almost no way around it. KYC is a must. And frankly, this (KYC/AML "thing") is OK for us, 'cause we are trying to build a sustainable business. Fingers crossed.

Here are the following criteria  I used to put in place before choosing an exchange; Security, Liquidity, low-cost of trading rate, high volume and fast response of the supporting.

What are your main support issues? Meaning, what kind of issues do you experience? I bet 80% of those are payments related which, if AML is performed well, are somewhat of natural process (some operations just must be checked and investigated manually).  Please, elaborate your personal support experience.

liquidity is the major factor for any exchange but in order to get it you have to build trust among the traders and provide low fee or trading competition to attract traders.so security, liquidity and reward scheme can attract traders in short time .but i think there is one more factor which play crucial role i.e accessibility(desktop and mobile app) ,binance in just a few year become the most preferred exchange bcz they have everything, security +apps+low fee+trading competition.

What rewards are good/attractive for you? "cause we'll feature affiliate programme and we've got some planned omissions (based on competition actually), but I'd like to check those with you guys. You tell first Smiley
Low fees - what fees do you consider low for maker and taker? And, if you can, can you please name your monthly trading volume per exchange.

You need to advertise your exchange too to get more traders and built your customers and the low fee means it will be percentage based, don't keep the fixed fee most of the exchanges have fixed fee only that is why they can't still not favourite for most of us.

I think everyone is just focusing on the history side of things and check if the exchange is trustworthy by previous testimonies.

For example binance is not as old as some of the other exchanges but they became one of the biggest by doing marketing amazingly by allowing people to get less transaction fee's and also allow people to offer affiliates and make money, that made them highest volume exchange pretty quickly because it gave people the chance to be an exchange for some people.

Moreover, what kept them so high was the fact that nobody had ever written a bad thing about them, you don't see people talking about how "binance took my money and I can't take it back" or how they were hacked or something. If you look at other big places like coinbase you see them putting fake volumes and keeping peoples money without paying them all the time which makes them less trustworthy.

Hence, when we are selecting an exchange, we go for the one with the least problems.

I think that the most important things are running legitimate business and quality customer support. That is why it's important to check exchange reputation and history, are there any scam accusations or law enforcement actions against exchange, are they performing KYC checks.
To my opinion volume of trading is not so important but on the other hand this will also come with all mentioned conditions fulfilled. I think there are so many exchanges, maybe even too much and sometimes it looks that is hard to choose the right one but on the other hand you can always get the list of trustworthy and recommended exchanges, even here on forum.

Maybe allowing users to withdraw coins and btc even without submitting KYC but limited  of course. There are still  exchanges that works this way such as cryptopia which users like me who just trade with few capital not reaching up to 3 btc can freely do it without submitting IDs. Can you do this to your exchange?

Every cryptoneirs have the reasons why they chooses an exchange site but I particularly choose my own exchange site base of liquidity, the benefit, KYC, crypto to fiat level and customers support. However, I chooses Nexybit exchange because it a ease and simply to use exchange with no KYC and I get rewards everytime I trade on their platform which is more fun to me.

Choosing up Binance over Cryptopia is no brainer. It might have lower limits (2BTC) but in regards with reputation and volume then i would choose it anytime.

I am very much consigned with the volume of coin traded daily in an exchange and its security features which is very important as we are all aware of hackers who easily hacked accounts that are very vulnerable and unsecured that is why I traded with reputable exchanges.

Nah :/ We're playing "FIAT game" and having the no KYC limits is actually playing in the grey zone. I understand this will make it harder for us, but we'll try our best. Well, you see, we are planning to build a legit and sustainable business. That's why I'm asking those kind of questions all over this and other forums. I must understand what are the must-haves to attract traders, like yourself.

I am choosing the big list of the coin with a low transaction fee, fast deposit and withdraw, have the highest security like 2FA, email verification, text message verification. Besides that, so far I use Poloniex, Bittrex, Binance, Mercatox, and from all of those exchange, I choose Binance as the main exchange and trade mostly in that site. For the other, I hold many coins, and it's waiting for the next pump. I use binance for daily or weekly trading. But if you want to launch the new exchange with EUR pair cryptocurrency, maybe I will need to familiarize first before I use to trade in your site.

it is most secure for everyone and there is a standard volume that you like and provides a low cost to what you can afford. and you can choose what you want to use to exchange because there are so many exchanges that are pure and it's really safe. there is also security to protect against scam prevention.

I choosed exhanges  for trading if there is a lot of traders there but why? Because for sure those people will make a lot of research first before they trade and If I do research and if I see that exchanges site is good I will start trade after I review their features and information.

I trade only on a few exchanges and my primary thing which I look for is security how secure is the exchange. Secondly, I look for liquidity how much daily volume is that exchange having. Thirdly I look for how frequently they list new potential coins to their exchange.
Each person has his own way of trading, I am not the kind of person that is investing in new coins that no one has ever heard of, so if an exchange is secure and has enough volume most of the time that is enough for me to consider that exchange as a platform that I will use because my trades are restricted only to the most valuable coins that we have in the market.

Security. What security procedures do they require, KYC, additional verifications, 2fa, additional security and login system, how do they handle potential or real hack attack, how accurate and forward they are in cutting losses and getting back on track after a hack attack. Also, liquid and customer support available. All the things I've mentioned are present in Bitstamp and that is where I perform most of my trades. As a backup, I am using fox change which requires no additional verification and is quite handy if you urgently need to change your altcoins. This is an easy to use platform which offers instant change between altoins.

Yes and aside from reputation and volume, the security features of binance is a way more far from cryptopia. I don't wanna risk my assets just because I can withdraw anytime a large amount. Nothing can replace a good sleep because you knew that your coins are safe rather than poor security.

By using coinmarketcap, I am also choosing exchange based on higher volume. But, I just want to know how you are are checking the security of an exchange ? Do you mean security features of an exchange or you are referring to 2nd factor authentication kind of features (for example) which is common feature most exchanges are providing for securing our trading account ? I like to get more information about what are the security measurements, an exchange is taking to protect themselves and what are cross check provisions so that we may to verify them ?

Most of the times, I am choosing an exchange by checking the availability of a coin pair I'm looking to trade. When two or more exchanges are available then I will go with higher volume. Most importantly, I will check with this forum for their legitimate. If they are requiring KYC to withdraw then I will never consider them.

I just solely base on popularity. It's like when I don't what movie, anime or tv-series to watch, I just based on the rankings made on video review and it always works for me. Kucoin and Binance are still on the top for me after I discovered it  getting mentioned always.

I still prefer using Binance because its safety is considered the best at this time. People can come up with many different options but I think Binance will dominate all future exchanges and no exchanges can compete directly with Binance at this time.

The more popular an exchange means that the place is already trusted and yes, picking an exchange based on popularity could be good. I use binance and kucoin too but it isn't too often. My main exchange is still, indodax, an exchanger from my own country. It is because such place already exist for a longer time and it's support IDR(my local currency). I prefer to trade with crypto/fiat pair instead of crypto/crypto pair.
