Most people wish no id verification, but as I noticed you are going to offer € pairs kyc procedure is a must have otherwise you operate illegal.
Beside that exchange that offer low fees, high volume and a nice referral program and contest is very attractive.
Yes, KYC is a must for us since we are building crypto/FIAT markets. That's what I'm trying to tell people: if trading involves FIAT money, there's almost no way around it. KYC is a must. And frankly, this (KYC/AML "thing") is OK for us, 'cause we are trying to build a sustainable business. Fingers crossed.
Here are the following criteria I used to put in place before choosing an exchange; Security, Liquidity, low-cost of trading rate, high volume and fast response of the supporting.
What are your main support issues? Meaning, what kind of issues do you experience? I bet 80% of those are payments related which, if AML is performed well, are somewhat of natural process (some operations just must be checked and investigated manually). Please, elaborate your personal support experience.
liquidity is the major factor for any exchange but in order to get it you have to build trust among the traders and provide low fee or trading competition to attract traders.so security, liquidity and reward scheme can attract traders in short time .but i think there is one more factor which play crucial role i.e accessibility(desktop and mobile app) ,binance in just a few year become the most preferred exchange bcz they have everything, security +apps+low fee+trading competition.
What rewards are good/attractive for you? "cause we'll feature affiliate programme and we've got some planned omissions (based on competition actually), but I'd like to check those with you guys. You tell first

Low fees - what fees do you consider low for maker and taker? And, if you can, can you please name your monthly trading volume per exchange.
