in my opinion if this year the market conditions are still very bad as it is today I think people will still think twice to invest in ICO because my knowledge of ICO coins is very related to market conditions and my hope is that in the future market conditions can slowly improve so that investors will no longer hesitate to invest in ICO.

Yes, now the ICO projects are going through a very bad time. In addition to the general decline and stagnation of the cryptocurrency market, which had a negative impact on the state of ICO projects, fraud in this kind of activity simply made this activity incompetent. Therefore, I am not going to invest in ICO projects yet, but I will still be participating in the campaigns of ICO bounty.

As at January 2019, BitTorrent own by Justin Sun carried out ICO in Binance and have already made a difference in the space. It has ensure that the ICO's can still be reignited and we also saw the rise of BitTorrent BTT goes up immediately after ICO and did about 600%. I think if all project CEO can apply same strategy like that of Justin Sun, we might see a different 2019 in terms of the ICO's market because right about now Investors are happy that they Invested in BitTorrent BTT.

For big project who wants to raise a big amount, I think now is not the right timing.
They need to postponed because timing is vital, as even how good your project is but people are not willing to risk their money now, it won't succeed.

However, for small projects who have a hard cap of $1,000,000 or less, the market is still good for them, but price action will not follow
as expected, so it should be understood especially for the investors that it's gonna be long term now.

in this year , personally i will not participate in any ico.picking up one of existing coins in cryptocurrency more profitable in my opinion.choosing reputable coins such as eth , ripple , waves etc make our investment more secure than in ico.

Let me say that the whole ICO process is a very successful process in its implementation. I think that this has its advantages, because people must implement crazy ideas. Therefore, there is a benefit in this.

I will keep supporting ICO as long they are a legit company and have a real project to run.
But ICO in 2019 will be different from 2017-2018 because the market condition is very bad and not going better currently.
When the market condition recover from the bottom, more peoples will come into cryptocurrency and make real ICO projects success.

I have invested i some ICOs in the past and my experience has made me to be very careful while investing. I am avoiding every means possible not to fall victim of scam and not only that. I am also seeing the possibility of investing ina project that has truly come to add value to humanity and the world in entirety. The ICO aspect of token sales might not be profound and trusted this year reason being that, they have been a lot of failings surrounding ICOs in the past which has lead to lost of trust from investors. They have mostly lost lots of money investing in ICOs leading many to give up. ICOs might not be as functional as in the previous years...

I thing it's fully depends on the market and the project comes. In last year we saw too much ICO scams in 2018. Most of them just collectall money and then just vanished. There's more project who are good at ico stage but when its time for the development stage. They can't make a product which coustomer really want.  So I think the hype of ICO investment is not that much but if people and investors are feel safe to invest they will go for it. And I think in 2019 STO will be very popular than ICO market. Though they are almost same.

but in this case, I might still be more in favor of the ICO. even when the IEO already exists, people still continue to invest in the ICO. well, but it all depends on the type of project being run. even today, ICO is indeed still good enough to pay attention to.

I really lost the trust to invest in ICO. The number of deceptive ICOs made me no longer believe in investing my money in the ICO. Indeed my step will turn off ICO but I cannot deny that I am very afraid of experiencing losses. But I still joined ICO in terms of participating in the bounty campaign. I prefer the bounty campaign because in the bounty campaign there is no need for financial capital put on the ICO. I hope the ICO will improve itself more and more to gain trust and responsibility.
