Well, I never think this will come as easy as people are predicting, because ethereum has more popularity than waves and Ethereum is not relenting.

Waves platform made some major hype lately with new partnerships and upgrades in the Waves system. Indeed it will be a working in progress but will not replace the technology of Ethereum blockchain because Waves blockchain have its own platform. What we should be doing is to keep on learning the technology of its own system of blockchain and most important is who will be on the top of giving solutions to adaptability, scalability. liquidity and the usecases for day to day transactions.

Waves was not yet strong to replace ethereum because ethereum has wide and strong platform in crypto industry, even it takes many years to come waves cannot beat the ethereum as you can see in here in crypto currency ethereum have many aspect being useful in different ways.

I think it will be difficult for waves to replace ethereum, even though it has drastically decreased but ethereum remains the best altcoin and I'm sure ethereum will reach its normal price in the future

Waves do have a high volume but now it is starting to dim but it will definitely be better to be creative. More and more projects that use the waves platform will most likely be able to compete with ethereum. It takes time to be able to replace ethereum, especially nowadays many platforms appear to come forward.

When this is just a ride in the past few days alone is not always a foregone conclusion that it will ride replaced the ethereum. I think this is just an ordinary pump that must be observed in order not to get caught up. and even the rising waves I think will not go much further.

I don't think see. I rarely see an activity on WAVES exchanges and only their coin has the high circulation. Other coins using their platforms turns out to be a dead coin or there is no active buy orders on the exchange. Also, I noticed that coins using WAVES platform are more likely to fail than ERC-20 coins.

a lot of good news coming in wavesplatform
in the last few days, waves price growing hardly, even rise more than 100% my friend

is this a sign if waves will be the next ethereum ?

Even if the price is going up they are not a stabilized investment I am following the price movement, it still goes up and down, the only positive side is the volume is always high, there is hope for Waves.

Ethereum will be solid in position 2 will not be replaced by waves because ethereum has smart contacts that can be used for other projects and many communities that use it.
That's not the right reason, Waves have a smart contract as well, that allows developers to build token based on the Waves Blockchain. Even so, I'm not sure the Waves will replace Ethereum.

I believe it will still be a long way to go for Waves to catch up and replacing ethereum even though the last few days it already rise that much.
Let's just wait and see what will happen next for those coins.

This is the impact of good news. Prices are slowly but surely increasing. But eth's popularity is still at its peak, it's quite difficult to replace it. Products continue to compete, market confidence that is formed cannot occur instantly.

By the number of the latest news and developments from the WAVES team I can assume that in the new year we will see a huge growth of this asset. $ 20 per coin is not the limit. This is my personal opinion, I believe in this project. In terms of implementation of developments and usefulness for the blockchain, it is certainly inferior to many ETH, but what the hell is not joking, we'll see.

Waves have not even getting of the $10 band. Ethereum have traded in hundreds of dollars, dumped and rose again against all odds. Aside prices, ethereum is actually decentralized, have case uses and enjoy patronage and trust from majority of cryptocurrency stakeholder. Ethereum is in a class of it's own!

it's still too early to replace ethereum. even though there are many who talk about coins and their development platforms are fairly good. but for now I'm not sure whether the waves will replace ethereum. maybe next year or another year.

when a coin experiences a very drastic increase it does not mean that it will be able to replace a coin which is basically at the peak of the current market rank, and may be difficult enough for waves to replace ethereum because ethereum is still widely used on its platform especially for ico now most of which still use eth's platorm.

They are so far away from the point when they can replace ETH... I think that ETH is with us for a long time and until the period of mass adaptation begins, no one will replace it. Until it is clear who copes better with real tasks and problems, all blockchains will live more or less in parallel.

What happened to Ethereum certainly surprised everyone, when very high hopes for ethereum and being able to balance bitcoin actually ethereum drop and now become third after bitcoin and Ripple, if prices continue to drop it is very likely to be replaced with Waves.

I don't think so, the wave is not xrp. The opportunity to wave into the top 10 biggest currencies is also difficult. The increased current of the wave has slowed down, it is difficult to go further.
