No doubt waves perform well in the past time but it doesn't mean it can replace ethereum. On the contrary ethereum is the king of altcoins. Certainly to replace eth waves dev has to do lot of developments in waves to increase the value of waves. Ethereum is very strong altcoin and waves is nowhere to eth so it's not seems possible in coming years waves can replace ethereum.

yes Ethereum will not be defeated to at this time because he is difficult to slide because he is great.

As you know waves was good project in start and now doing new updates in their project but i don;t think i will be replace Ethererum,you can expect other coin like EOS,TRX,ADA that can be replace with Ethereum but waves never replace with Ethereum.

You are right we don't know which will be in top in the coming days, now after Bitcoin, ETH has gain more popularity in the market but to market fluctuation the price of coin decreased a lot in the market. Even though ETH has settled in position 2, maybe in future waves dominate who knows.

I think it is not possible for Waves. Ethereum has still a lot of potential and popularity also. A many of coins are ethereum based. People are also much familiar with ethereum than waves. So, i think waves will not replace ethereum.

Its a big Yes for me, a great opportunity to buy or invest on ethereum because the price is still cheaper today and I believe that ethereum will be more profitable in the future if we HODL it for years.However, in the longer term, you can be positive that the price of Ethereum would increase. You can convert ETH to BTC from CoinSwitch at best rates.
Ethereum will increase every year. If you buy now, chances are that you will benefit.

For a while I have been looking out for this to happen but it seems waves may ever get there. Ethereum has established it self and its getting stronger. Ethereum has shown to be the second most useful cryptocurrency aside bitcoin and I believe it will stand that way

It is time to recognize that Etherium has seriously consolidated its position, not only as a top altcoin, but also as a developed platform with a whole ecosystem that has been showing a positive result for many years. I believe that it is Etherium that more than others contributes to the development of blockcahin, since it is on its platform that new projects on the blockchain are started up. As for the Waves, they are where they are and they are not as similar to Etherium.

I think Ethereum will get more and more competition over time as the projects develop. But at the same time, also Ethereum is moving forward so I am not sure if any project can really replace Ethereum.

I doubt also that waves will replace ethereum.
Eth platform is stronger owed to its transparent development team.
I'm not really familiar with waves dev team. But I do like the waves platform also. Easy and simple and cheap.
But we're talking if waves can replace eth? And my opinion is that not yet gonna happen.
As you can see, more successful projects are built under eth, but very few to none in waves.
