well, I think people's trust in ETH is greater than waves. for now, I believe that the price of ETH will go up, and leave further waves. in fact, for now, most people only focus on the development of ETH.
From where you can say people putting their trust on ETH is greater than waves? ETH value increased only because got affected with bitcoin value which recently went up (still increasing until now), but based on btc, it's still same like before (0.028-0.03 ish) He definitely has a point. Ofc you can say that people trust more on ETH than on Waves. Just look how many new ICO/IEO are on the Ethereum blockchain and how many well-known projects do we have on Waves. It's a still a long way ahead for Waves to get more adoption. Well, based on that, I conclude that ETH is still very much needed today compared to waves for now. we don't know in the future, but I only pay attention to current developments. maybe not everyone thinks that ETH is better than waves, and basically the two coins are indeed very potential. it's just that, in my opinion, now ETH is still better than waves based on its use in new projects nowadays. |

if you see a product from waves it should be able to compete with ethereum. need a big adoption that will make waves grow fast to catch up with this. but developers must think of ways to make their market adoption increase. |

Let's come back to reality and stop dreaming, waves can not catch up to ethereum at this point with its huge support for erc tokens and others....if asked which wave token you know I doubt it if any will come around and by the way when was the last time you used waves or heard this altcoin making any news?
If it's not this thread do you think waves would have crossed your mind...I don't think so.

as far as I know, the decline that occurred in 2018 XLM once replaced the ethereum position for the volume of market trading. But it did not last long, ethereum then increased again. but that proves to us if there is a possibility of ethereum going down, and replaced positions in certain aspects of the market. |

I dont think so. Waves won't be able to beat ethereum because ethereum is far more popular than waves. Besides that more projects use the ethereum platform than waves. I see precisely now the waves began to be eliminated and defeated by binance coin. More people are interested in binance coins than waves. It seems like the waves have been abandoned by the supporters because they see no recent developments from the waves.

nah it cannot replace ethereum because you know ethereum is a strong crypto many people support it, and if I only choose one of these two for long term investment I would pick ethereum.
actually the development of waves is also good, but ethereum has a larger community and market use. if waves can increase trade, it is not impossible. I will also be like you for the long term I will choose ethereum. |

You try to compare whale and elephant Maybe in future when BNB will implement something similar smart contracts and give more wide application for this mechanics... But now they aren't competitors definitely it seems like he focused on the topic of the discussion. there is no BNB only ethereum and waves. they have different growth, the waves are fairly slow in processing cooperation with new projects. but look at Ethereal's huge community and lots of platform support and cooperation from other projects. but from the price, we will not know how and where the pump will start. we will not realize if it turns out the waves will have a large growth, and that could be that it would make the waves market grow rapidly. |

Perfect opinion mate ethereum currently in a great uprisings, and waves is also a good coins but I didn't seen it have a capability to beat ethereum even if ethereum is failed, because ethereum is useful for different project. |

I really can't see Waves replacing ETH.
Waves is a bit unusual price-wise, it does tend to have sudden epic rises (a bit like XRP), so we can't rule out this coin suddenly rocketing back up to the top 20, but at the same time it would really be a stretch to see it replacing ETH.

The Waves really only temporarily grow and then fall, but I have never seen them start to grow well and fix on new positions. Apparently the project lacks the development and activity of the team. The Waves are far from the level of Ethereum, because first they need to overtake Lisk, NEO, Stellar and only after that it will be possible to say that Waves can overtake Ethereum. |
