Bull run will surely comes back but no one knows when it and the event that will trigger it. Market can't be in bearish conditions for ever, the bull will surely takes over and I think if this current condition of the market continues to build up till January ending, there is possibility of entry full fledged bull run.

I'm not sure to say that Bullrun will soon come in the near future because the market situation is very difficult to predict and the movements change suddenly.
there is still a possibility that a decline can occur again, the important thing is not to waste this opportunity to collect coins that have good potential while the price is cheap as our investment and be patient waiting for the arrival of Bullrun because opportunities are still wide open for us to get more well.

This is one question anyone can hardly answer,  but in my opinion I want to believe that the bullrun will so take place, my reason being that in coinmarketcap recently volumes of coins increased. I just hope for the best.

I like the general public's reaction of late as most of us have shifted our attention from the bear trend to when bull run. This is what we have to start and let new members be prepared for one big period that is coming when prices will be moving upward forever and never come down.
