I initially thought that mazatalk was the new official website. It really should be.
I just checked the new site and my first thought was... wtf?
Overlooking the amateur nature of the site to begin with, who really thinks having a pirate logo with a guy fawkes mask is a good thing on the front page? There are concerns over the dev dumping the premine as it is. So yeah.. a pirate is the message you really want to send out there. Might as well just have a logo of a guy with a striped prison suit and giant bags of cash in his hand. And put it right on the FRONT PAGE.
It's idiotic. It also doesn't exactly scream professionalism when I click on that little pirate logo, and it goes to a web template page with sofas, tables and chairs.

So is AP still with the coin, or no? I though after the MapleCoin fiasco, AP was out then. But evidently not.
And does 'DataMan' actually mean anything? I mean, is it a dev people here know about? It'd be really unique for a change if a dev used his real name, instead of some handle that sounds like it belongs to a 14 year old.

Wow! That new Mazacoin website is an awesome billboard for Anonymous Pirate.
Don't you love the Guy Fawkes and sword logo of AP's on the front page? Heaven forbid it goes in the About section let alone taking the logo off the site entirely. Tacky!
It's great that the website looks more amateurish than the old one, especially with a backdrop that drowns out and bleeds into the content and is such a distraction. Tacky!
Oh, and the wallet screenprint -- perfect placement on the home page -- top left. It really conveys the Lakota theme and what Mazacoin stands for.
It's so obvious it was stitched together by AP.
AP, please hire a graphic artist with an eye for good taste and content organization. You're great professional programmer but not a professional web designer. I know because I've done the same thing. I'm a respectable software engineer who created my business website. The quality looked just like this one -- amateurish and tacky. So I paid a web graphic artist. Worth it man.
I'm sure Payu can find someone he knows who can represent the Lakota brand. I'm sure some will step up and do it for free, for the Lakota nation.
Good idea to show that 17mil premined up the website front page, and it reminding investors "watch out and take it, dumping would be overwhelming upon you!". I deeply hope this coin can support Lakota nation in the near future, but a month pass, I don't see any thing that bring hope and possibility with it so far, and I do mine and selling it under profit line for server weeks and without complaining. and after a month span of observation I have some how felt this entire project got flaw as list below: -- lack of OP of this coin (You guys are waste your bullets, huge of ADV and interview during price and buy order decline). -- lack of team work skill (immature behavior, leader developer leave with out period information, why?). -- lack of promotion (you guys have casino and beautiful land, and not yet mentioned mystical Indian culture; word cup is near why you don't just design some project to attract tourist and gamblers to use Mazacoin ) -- lack of communication between coin OP team and Lakota tribe gov. (a national currency MUST backup by NATION of course, "ideas" and "give every body a job to do" is always welcome, I never saw a single person could swallow a cooked pig or cow by himself, a chicken maybe). -- stupid strategy to manipulate price (let coin price never lasting and never goes back to the tip at first pumping and dumping, and let it all the way down with gravity to the hell) It is sadness to watch this bad show and it's going to lost box office. you know, many people collect Indian coins, but why they don't collect MZC, have you think about it? This is my personal stupid thinking, please just ignore and go on following your original plan. Why so angry you loose too much on trading or what?

Ok first off...maybe you should learn to read. My first warnings in this thread are that country coins are dead. That does not take an einstein genius to figure out. They've all followed the same bubble crash trend since Aurora. They're oversaturated now, and investors are starting to catch onto the pattern and the unrealistic ideology that goes behind them. We will never see another rise similar or remotely close to Aurora again from these coins, so that's just wishful thinking.
That's first off.
Secondly, I warned you guys that the same thing that happened to Maza would be the same thing that happened to this coin. It's called 'learning through experience,' moron. And look, it turned out to be true.
Regardless how much you want to be optimistic and SHILL this blatant scam, it's over. Go ahead and buy in some big buy orders and lose your ass. Not my problem. I just warned investors as I don't want to see them lose all their money like I did on Maza. But looks like some hard headed individuals still purchased, and still lost their ass. Oh well, their fault.
Oh, and for the record. At least maza is the ONLY crypto out of any of these country scamcoins that has an actual public developer with a face and government name that's out there visiting and doing ground work. Not saying that will ever save its price, but for the most part all of these country coins are nothing more than anon cowards in their early teens that have nothing to do with the country, but just want to turn a quick dollar on blind suckers.
See, unlike you, I don't like to see others make the same mistakes and lose their hard earned money then all the sudden wonder why they've been scammed. So I'm actually doing the community a favor, and hopefully at least one person heeded the warnings a week ago and isn't pounding his fists because he basically lost most of his investment.
Any more questions, dipshit?
Nice to see the op turning 180 , ..... everybody is leaving the ship?

I'm real sorry if you rushed in at 4000 or something and feel bad now. Shit happens. This coin is not about overnight profits for anonymous IP addresses.
For the rest of us that aren't FUD-spewers, adolescent scammers, or self-centered shitheads that are only interested in a quick buck, slow and steady accumulation is the way to go.
And be ready to *spend* (not trade) some of those coins when, hopefully, some quality Native-made goods and services become available, payable in MZC. That will serve the coin's purpose and help increase its value in its own right.
There are problems. They are being and will be addressed in due course, I believe. The coin's great potential remains.

I don't understand the fork talk. The only fork, as a dev, that I was pushing for was merged mining (which was posted on the original announcement was going to be supported) and difficulty calculation changes to help fight the multipools and the stuck chains. A coin that should confirm every 2 minutes getting stuck for 30min or more is not good.
Block reward changes and block times that required a fork is a very poor move and was never agreed on. The economics of the coin are set and reducing the coin growth through mining and block changes would destroy the integrity of the coin and also profit large holders and miners who are only involved for the price and want profits.

Since you are the only dev who has appeared here (well, that I know of), I do have some questions I wonder if you would be willing to answer. Most of the fork talk from people here isn't because they are super greedy, nor expect large profits from it. It's simply to stabilize the price at somewhat okay-ish levels. At its current price of 200-250 sats, the 1000 maza meant to be given out is worth about $1 USD. Isn't it going to be much, much harder to convince the tribe to take on the coin officially if the coin value is so minimal? I mean, how can Payu try to convince anyone from the tribe that $1 worth of crypto will really help anyone? Yes, the price can go up. But logically you'd think if the coin was worth a bit more, it'd be more likely to be adopted. There is also the issue of the official website, which baffles me as to why a professional (or even a decent amateur) designer wasn't used. As it is now, it'll do more harm than if you simply didn't have a website at all. Who is calling the shots in Maza land? AP? Payu? Were you? Or was it a situation where too many cooks spoiled the broth?

My mom. She can be so damn annoying. Yeah I have found that too wow much mum joke! ha ha I hear you... I just checking... I am a supporter of this coin and an investor in the coin, long term and I will buy many more as we go lower.. but I do think we are going lower from here... at the moment the devs are not helping this coin, and not acting in a professional manner whatsoever... mocking day traders is one thing, ignoring and not communicating with investors is another.
