You don't have to, it says on the title that it's already open so you can always apply and as far as I know, all positions are still open.

@CBB will it be okay for other members to come back after they have tried to apply for other campaigns and removed their signature?
Just like me, I took my chances while the campaign is on pause.

Campaign hasn't resumed yet, but when it does we'll know how it'll be handled but most likely all previous spots will be retain meaning campaign will continue from where it stops. Those that have been indicated to be demoted will be demoted and others ranked up and those that left before campaign was paused loses their spot although those that left after campaign was paused can come back.

Once payment are made and lightlord makes decision about the escrowing of funds which I don't mind who handles it even though it's not me but provided a clear message is sent out on how payment will be made, weekly, monthly etc then we can continue campaign but until then campaign is still paused while we wait for payout.

Here is the clear answer of Brainboss in this part.

Once lightlord sent the funds for a week or 2 , then he will resume the campaign as the lowering payment will again take place .

Well I was waiting on receiving the escrow funds before I could make an official announcement but here's what we have so far and the latest development;

Our DM:

You could hold onto some of the funds, say pre-pay 2-3 weeks or so, provide a BTC address, and I'll top it off. Can relaunch both the 777coin and Bitvest campaigns, with 10% lower rates on all 777coin levels, and 15% lower rates on all Bitvest levels.

Hopefully we can extend this pause for another 2 weeks including this one, I am reading One Piece and I am on the Marineford War Arc so I can appreciate the break that this campaign gives me.

Hopefully, the fund will be escrow so bounty hunters will be motivated to post, if ever I have no other signature to join I'm more than willing to apply again and start from the bottom again, I lasted one year before I change my signature just two weeks ago, no regret on the decision we need a breather from time to time but more than willing to come back when there are available slots and I'm not into other campaign

You don't have to worry too much about starting from the bottom, you will retain your tier from the time that it was paused. For me, I don't even know when have I started in this campaign so I just give it some justice staying here waiting for it to go again.

Well, it has been 13 days after these posts above. I am waiting for news and hopefully the campaign will come back this month.

I know the tittle of the thread says open but if you read a few replies before your own you will see the campaign is currently on hold or pause, so currently no new members are being accepted, once the campaign resumes then the Campaign Manager will probably begin to accept new members in the campaign.
